Stayed next door to O'Lunneys so popped in for a couple of nightcaps couldn't fault anything, it was clean, the staff were pleasant - we didn't eat here but did see food being served and it looked good.

After making a reservation for an early dinner before a show, we arrived and were promptly seated. We were across from a very large bar area, very nicely decorated as a Celtic pub. We ordered 2 drinks, one called the Creamsicle and one a pomegranate and berry martini. Both were very well made and around $9, not bad for NYC.... More

Not a dark, dank pub...very clean...and very friendly staff. Food was average. My wife's chicken dish was tasty -- but a little too much garlic for my taste. I had the shepherd's pie which was good, but just had a smattering of peas on top. It was certainly convenient to the theater district. Though not a "5 star" place you'll... More

We stopped for lunch here before going to a matinee. It is an attractive pub with friendly service and average food.

This pub has a great atmosphere, and the staff are very friendly. The menu is typical pub fare, nothing out of the ordinary, but exactly what you would expect. The bar offers a good selection of drought beers, including cider.

LOVE this place! We usually stop here before a theater matinee; have found the service and food to be consistently great! Prices are good, too. Very close to many Broadway Theaters. We're working our way through the menu! Never had a bad meal.

Went here on recommendation, service was very good, food was below average, husband ordered steak, came out smothered in sauce with what looked like frozen veg.... I ordered curry, was very bland, hard pieces of chicken I could not eat with hard rice, apple pie was delightful though, over all over priced and over rated... disappointing.....

Went there for lunch the day after St Patrick's day. It was probably not the best day to go as the beer menu was limited and the upstairs was closed (probably still cleaning up from the day before) but the food was great! Three of us had burgers all cooked exactly as we liked (rare, medium and medium-rare). They were... More

Only had drinks here so can't comment on the food, nice place, relaxed atmosphere, cocktails were good as were the other drinks that we had. Good pub. As with everywhere we came across while in new york quite expensive.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
