Always great music And in the neighborhood where there is always a lot to do. I highly recommend for brunch time as well! It’s a wonderful place to wind down, away from the screaming streets, bars and neighbors. Enjoy.

The only downside to the whole night was the crowd; they really pack 'em in here. So if you want a good seat for the show, arrive early, as we did, and get a good seat. The food was fine.

Attended many shows over the years at the Blue Note. Easy to get to via Subway as there is a station less than a block away. Seating ranges from really great to tables with bad angles. This trip I opted to use the VIP reservations...More

Let's be clear: If you go to the Blue Note, you're going there for the music. It's not for the food, which is a side benefit. We were there this week for music, and the food was very good (one got steak, one got salad,...More

Greenwich Village
Commonly known as “the Village” to New Yorkers, it was
here in Greenwich Village that both 1960’s counter
culture and the LGBT movement were born. Famous for
its bohemian past, head to Washington Square Park to
get a feel for this diverse and energetic
neighborhood. You’ll find NYU students, street
performers, skateboarders, kids frolicking in the
fountain, and locals relaxing and playing chess.

First the bar is at the main entrance so your view of the musicians is restricted especially if it’s a band you want to see. Drinks are NYC prices, have a few somewhere else before you arrive and 30 mins is plenty of time to... More
