We just had lunch here, and every time we stay in NYC we hit as many Mexican places as we can and Baby Bo's is a new fave! Can't speak much for the decor as it's all about al fresco these days, but here's what...I do know - the owner Bobby is an awesome, fun & friendly guy who treated us great and served up some really deelish food. Their chips & pico de gallo are really fresh, the fajitas (we did 1/2 chicken and steak) were EXCELLENT, the steak was still rare-medium rare and they serve it with a chipotle crema that some of the best we've ever had. I need to steal that recipe. Plus, Bobby makes damn tasty skinny margaritas. We'll be back several times during our 3-4 week stay here!More

The food here is pretty good. The molé had a powerful flavor without being over-bearing. The fried chicken strips starter were Moises inside while nicely crispy in the breading. I really liked the decor, which while a little tight for the space, was interesting and...added to feel of the place.More

Had dinner in here one night and although it was very nice I felt that my dish wasn't as hot (as in temperature - not spice!) as it could have been - I do like my food to be piping hot. I got the chicken...enchilada and my friend got the vegetarian fajitas and she said the same as me - both dishes came out looking very hot but cooled down extremely quickly. The staff were nice but I don't know if I would rush back.More

Had dinner with a fun at Baby Bo’s last night and had a great dinner. Everything is freshly made. The guacamole is creamy and tasty. The steak fajitas are to die for. Must go.

Just came back from Mex central highland travels. Authentic w/out pretentious cleverness or Tx trickery. Meat or veggie dishes crushed in its transportive powers. Try ur Spanish for dessert.

Good and cheap Mexican food. Choose anything with beef inside and you’ll not regret. Beautiful decoration inside based on “dia de los muertos”.

Came here for my birthday dinner before visiting Top of the Rock. The food far surpassed our expectations. We had the duck tacos and taco salad with steak. My husband claimed his duck tacos were the best Mexican dinner he’s ever had. The margaritas were...made with fresh lime juice and were delicious. We will surely be back!More

Baby Bo's is my go-to mexican spot in the city. It can get crowded on weekend nights, but you can get excellent margaritas while you wait for a table. The fresh, frozen strawberry margaritas are my favorite. The decor is colorful and fun, and the...food never disappoints. Service is always quick and friendly. Highly recommend this awesome little restaurant.More

Simply put - this restaurant offers the best Mexican food anywhere that I have been and I have spent a fair amount of time in Mexico, Texas and Southern California - all of which have great Mexican food. Fabulous atmosphere, although somewhat dark. Friendly staff....Go! You won’t regret it.More
