First stop after dropping bags at hotel has to be O'Brien's.....called in for a few drinks to get the vacation going and to watch some football (real football not rugby with helmets on!) Guinness was promptly poured before the old one had been completely finished...More

After a particularly long and somewhat mediocre opera at the Met (Tales of Hoffman) our party ventured to Times Square to look for a place to eat. Not a really good idea, too crowded and just crazy so we ventured off Broadway on 46th between...More

Food was pretty good/average, but the decor and quiet from the madness of Times Square were welcome. Pricey for most cities, but good for Manhattan. Pretty sure the wait staff were using fake Irish accents, which I found charming.

Thank you for the review. Glad you enjoyed the decor. A lot of our wait staff actually is from Ireland. The accents are indeed legit : )

We picked this place based on proximity to our hotel and the theater. There was a reasonable crowd at 5:30. We were seated quickly and at a spot that allowed us to watch an interesting, budding romance. We ordered off the specials menu, which, with...More

Famished after a long night working and headed here for a chow down, they did not disappoint. Burger/fries and a brew got me right on a long long night. Good vibes, open, friendly, big big room, big groups and big fun.

We were lucky enough to be here on a Thursday, though I'm sure there are specials on other days. For $19 I chose Gazpacho, Cobb salad and Key Lime Pie. All were tasty with generous quantities. The total came to $25 with a glass of...More

Good food, reasonable prices. Nice staff. The beef stew was fantastic. You can sit in sports bar lower or upstairs open to fresh air (weather permitting). Live music some evenings.
