Mersea is a fantastic lunch spot located on Treasure Island in the San Francisco Bay. They have good food, lots of indoor and outdoor view seating, and a fantastic view of San Francisco and the bay. It is the perfect "midway point" to meet friends...from the east Bay Area for lunch, and I do so several times a month. Also a great location to walk before or after lunch.More

Had a private dining experience although I’ve been here before alone for lunch. Always great food and gorgeous view with perfect service. This was a great night with work colleagues with a specialized menu that was superb. They even catered to dietary restrictions of some...of the team without any fuss. Everything was wonderful. The temperature was great inside even though the fog was rolling in and we had a great view through the windows of the container. 10 out of 10.More

Stopped in during Easter Sunday Treasurefest weekend. Looking for a peaceful sit down lunch rather than the Tfest food truck scene. Very relaxed vibe, cool space and good food. It has an outdoor pub feel. Our timing was perfect as there were only a few...other occupied tables when we arrived. They use the order-at-the-counter model, giving you a pager and you pick up your meal from a designated spot. Really enjoyed the delicious fish & chips. They had live music, and of course the view of SF is uniquely one-of-a-kind.More

The roast beef sandwich had really good flavor, a just right amount of food for lunch. The fish chowder was also tasty. The snickerdoodle for dessert was just ok. They have live music in Fridays.

I’ve eaten at Mersea half a dozen times and enjoy the atmosphere, food, friendliness, and apparent happiness of the staff, and of course the spectacular view of San Francisco. The owner has always been especially gracious and attentive to our party. My favorite foods are...the crispy tacos, brownies, and fresh beer. I love to bring out-of-town visitors to Mersea and show off our Bay Area beauty, cuisine, and quirky, friendly culture.More

Just finished eating at Mersea and it was not only a place to get delicious food, we had the burgers and they were delicious, moist and the fry’s were crazy good, but it was also one of the most stunning views I’ve ever seen of...the whole Bay Area. Mesun the owner came over, treated us warmly and sang to us with her beautiful voice, amazing personality and made us feel so special! Would highly recommend a visit for any occasion! A+++ experience!More

Great spot! Spectacular views overlooking the bay bridge. Beatiful landscape to a super inviting restaurant. The chowda was so good, almost ate the bowl. Mo please! Then had one of the best sandwiches of my life... their tri tip. Holy moly. It was a religious/spiritual...experience. Thank you to the visionaries of this unique culinary experience. Loved it...10 stars!!More

First time visiting this hidden gem with friends. The owner, Meesum, is delightful. Unique set up. This restaurant is created using multiple ship containers on Treasure Island. Live music added to the beautiful views of San Francisco. Order your food, grab a table and enjoy....Will definitely visit again. We had the pretzel with whole grain mustard or garlic aioli for starters along with a pitcher of Bloody Marys. Our table enjoyed amazing fish tacos, fish chowder and French fries. You won’t be disappointed. Be sure to check out Mersea. Great for families and pet friendly.More
