Great venue with pretty decent food. Earl Thomas is an excellent performer and because they do serve food, we were allowed to bring our 10 yr old daughter! Never too early to start the kids into live music!!
Not necessarily being a big Blues fan (despite my moniker on here) we decided to dine at B and B on Christmas Eve whilst in San Fran, and as a result of reading reviews. It ticked every box. We were very very lucky to have...More
Booked this as a treat for a friends 40th. While I initially thought the cover charge was a little steep, it was worth every penny. We were treated to great live music, with some of the best blues guitar I have ever heard and a...More
Just spent a great hour & a half at Biscuit & Blues watching a band from Tennessee. Great venue, lovely staff & service and a good range of drinks at reasonable (for California!) prices. Didn’t eat this time, but what came out looked ok. Thoroughly...More
This place could tell some stories. Had a great time, seated in a prime spot, service was great. Only had drinks but plenty of folks ordered up food and it looked pretty good. Great basement bar vibe and the JC Smith Band was solid, great...More

It is always wonderful to have folks like you to come out and enjoy a memorable evening at Biscuits And Blues. Many out of town folks enjoy repeating regularly whenever they are in town. We are happy to see you back soon.

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and Googled restaurants in the Union Square area. We couldn’t believe our luck, Biscuits and Blues provided the best entertainment in years. The band, Soul Soldiers, was outstanding!! Golden oldies—R&B, Jazz and a little Blues...More
Had dinner and a very good blues performance which made for a great evening. Arrived at 6:45 for the 7:30 show which allowed us time for dinner first. I had fried chicken and my wife had ribs, both very good. We also each had a...More
On our first night in San Francisco we wanted an early dinner close to our hotel. The menu here sounded lovely so I rang to ask if we could go just to eat if we left before 7.30pm when the music was due to start...More

Originally home to rallies supporting the Union Army in the Civil War, this grand square has become the city's premier shopping and entertainment district containing the largest number of upscale department stores, chic boutiques, art galleries and theaters in the city. It's a large open area where tourists and locals gather, watch cable cars and crowds go by, enjoy a snack, or plan their day of shopping and
sightseeing, If feeling the pulsating energy of the city is on your agenda, Union Square is the place to soak it in.
