Amazing dining experience at Manhattan Steakhouse in the Pacific Star Resort.

We had the most amazing enjoyable experience dining at the Manhattan Steakhouse! The chefs came out to greet us and the culinary students. Our server Lalaine was very professional, informative and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. The food we order was served in a timely manner no rushing. I must say our dinner was outstanding and cooked to perfection! Our dessert was baked Alaska where our server Lalaine flamed our dessert artiscally. Thank you Chef Leland, Chef Mark, and Lalaine. We enjoyed our dining so much that we lost track of time.

Great and memorable first experience!

First time but very impressed. Excellent fine dining facilities and ambiance. Warm and attentive service. Executive Chef and Assistant Executive Chef came out to converse with us. Bringing out their kitchen staff who were our current or former students to meet and greet us as well, was an exceptional touch. We were made to feel valued and respected as their educators. Lalaine our server was charming and skillful conversant, respectful, attentive and passionate about her job. The food was delicious. I highly recommend the place for a value-for-money fine dining experience.

Warm friendly server. Very attentive; explained the dinner specials; no surprises; enjoyed the overall service. Ordered a 10 oz ribeye, blackened Cajun style. Thx to the chef for accommodating my request. Somewhat disappointed by the Uber-petite ribeye. So thin it nearly resembled a cold cut sized slab of a ribeye. Loved the vegetable array: mashed potatoes, mixed veg, fried onions, & my fav asparagus. Restaurant is inside the Pacific Star Hotel. Easily accessible from the main road. Reasonably priced. Nothing to write home about.

Anniversary Dinner

My husband and I celebrated our 14th Anniversary on the 16th of December 2019 and absolutely enjoyed our evening. Our waitress Lalaine was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and she provided top notch service! I haven’t received such a wonderful service as she performed! Thanks Lalaine for making our 14th Anniversary evening more special!

Lalaine was an amazing server, very funny in a professional way. She always made sure our drinks were full and was there in a jiff if we ever needed anything. 10/10 best server I’ve had in awhile.

Best steakhouse that served the best steak. And excellent customer service. We had great dinner! I'm glad I made good choice coming to here. And will surely come again. Recommend to those who love steak.

We went for my birthday dinner and were completely amazed at the customer service received from our waitress lalaine. If you visit we highly recommend asking for lolaine. She was a good knowledge of wines and foods. I enjoyed filet that she was recommend. Foods are everything satisfying for me. We ordered spinach salad, shrimp cocktails, rooster bisque soup, and fillet ( my boy friend ordered dry aged fillet.) Thank you so much Lalanie and other staff.

Amazing customer service

We went for an anniversary dinner and were completely amazed at the customer service received from our waitress lalaine. Great atmosphere. The food was phenomenal. If you visit we highly recommend asking for lolaine. She was a very great waitress, we eat out all the time and rarely come across an outstanding wait staff. Superb job!

A Hidden Gem, not only for Tourist

After all this time living in Guam, I had never been here. What a pleaseant surprise from the time we walked in to the time we left. Happy, smiling and accomadating hostess greated us and asissted us with the seating of our choice. The ambience and décor is of the old world wood and leather finishes, done tastefully. Now this is where we could not decide what was better from this point on, the Food or Lailaine our server. My friend and I are both very well travelled and restuaratuers. No where have we ever met a server with so much personality and menu knowledge. We ordered the Shrimp cocktail and Oysters Rockafeller to split as our appitizer. Couldn't go wrong, the seasoning on the oysters will make you think of Antoine Alciatore (The originator of the dish in 1850). Largest properly cooked shrimp and properly seasoned cocktail sauce. The other thing that stands out was the serving of sliced baguette(in-house baked) and butter that was not frozen and easy to spread. Now the main course, was NY 10oz Strip. And again, cooked to perfection and seasoned with a pinch of sea salt and pepper with great grill marks. This accompanied by a board of assorted sauted vegs and mash potatoes. We fineshed with a complimentory in-house cheese cake that was spot on in flavor and not too sewwt. You get what you pay for and this is affordable for what you get. Definitely the best steak at that price for Guam. The Best Staff on the island, if you have not tried the Manhatten Steakhouse. You need to to NOW!

Overwhelmed by Manhattan!

Just WOW! Walked in to celebrate 🎉 our 7th Anniversary and felt extremely touched with the outstanding service we were given. We left feeling with our hearts filled with everlasting memory of our 7th anniversary to remember! Ordered the ‘Taste of Manhattan w/ Pan Seared Salmon’ for my wife and for myself the ‘Black Mountain Aged Porterhouse’. Food was well presented and prepared just perfect. For desert we were surprised and delighted by the smooth taste of cheesecake and the ice cream sparkles ✨, I forget the name but was delicious 😋. Cherrylyn our server new the menu and made recommendations to which our palate enjoyed with every bite. She was not just a server but served us passion, we felt a closeness which made our dining experience exceptional. We’ve been to many restaurants in the past but tonight we felt belonged and not just as another customer! We highly recommend Manhattan Steakhouse as your choice for fine dining where every customer will feel relaxed, wanted and special. The feeling of remembrance as your walking away. Thank you for making our experience and memory to reflect on for many years to come!

First time......will return for sure!

My sweetheart and I chose to celebrate our 22nd anniversary here.....and have no regrets. We arrived close to 8pm and they had just finished with some larger groups. Our meals arrived in a very timely fashion, no long to wait at all. Our server Lalaine was on point, as I had read in previous reviews. Her recommendation for the shrimp cocktail was appreciated. My husband had the wet aged prime rib and could only comment with 'Per-fect'! Flavors in the meat were so tasty by itself and enhanced by the variety of dipping sauces. I chose salmon for my Taste of Manhattan and it was cooked just right, not dry at all and tender with every cut. As I walked by the bar on the way out, I was pleased to see a variety of liquor in the cabinet. I also appreciate that the bar is away from the restaurant area. Our sincere thanks to Lalaine for great service. We look forward to sharing a Tomahawk on our next visit.
