This place came highly recommended. I can see why. The menu is extensive and easy to read. They have pictures of everything. That’s a plus. The servers were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. I did have a problem with the flies that...were buzzing around. They were young flies, which makes me think they were born in the restaurant.More

First, I will say the food was good, and very tasty, but seeing the horrible customer service in action put me off. The restaurant has a sign-insheet outside telling customers to sign in and wait outside in the heat and humidity to be called for...a table when many tables are open inside. One family was standing outside waiting g with children while the staff walked by and did nothing. Apparently, only one person can do this job, and sheisoften away from the entrance most of the time. Basically the attitude of "we don't need customer service, as more tourist will follow behind them" will do great until the word gets out and the business fails, but that is OK,asanother business ess will pop up. The restroom is outside of the restaurant and a key is required to access the restroom. It makes it difficult when small children go quickly. As I said earlier, the food was good, but after seeing the way customers and potential customers are treated, I will not be back.More

Arrived at restaurant to find a signup list outside and three patrons waiting ahead of us (party of 3). Amazingly there were four tables empty and cleaned inside the restaurant. We waited for over 20 minutes when I went inside and asked why they had...empty tables and people waiting outside. The reception guy had no answer and walked away! Finally we found a manager (I guess) and were seated.I ordered the red velvet pancakes and I must say the only resemblance they had to red velvet was the color. On top of that the cakes had obviously been pre-cooked and heated in a microwave since the outer edges and top of the stack was rubbery and whole stack was absolutely dry. Other diners had a fritada and a chorizo bowl which were unremarkable but at least fresh ly prepared and not microwaved. Sorry folks but in the future I will have to pass!More

This is your laid back American breakfast diner done right :) The food was awesome, I had the Country Breakfast Meal which had deep fries chicken cutlets with chamorro fried rice and your choice of egg. The pancakes were to die for, fluffy and buttery....Service was also so personalized as it seems like they do have a lot of regular patrons.More

Went there for breakfast today and had a very average meal. I choose the french toast meal with hard scrambled egg and chorizo pak pak sausage. The french toast was like eating a donut and far too sweet for me

My wife had ordered Country breakfast meal with two eggs.. she requested an omelet egg and got two over medium eggs. That's not the only issue the cutlet was dry and over cooked.

Finally tried this place on our third trip to Guam. The food was great! They have an expansive menu with mostly American, then some Asian and Local items. Our party of four enjoyed every bite! We went for brunch. Large portions of well prepared food....Stuffed French that was amazing. I enjoyed the Chamorro sausage skillet. We would definitely return.More

The Kracked Egg was a short walk from my hotel. I went there for breakfast on my first morning and it was so good I made a point to return every morning until I left Guam. The menu is loaded with options, I had a...hard time choosing my meal even after multiple visits! I hope I find my way back to Guam because I would definitely eat here again.More

If omelets are your thing then you should eat here. There are the set omelets or you can make your own by choosing the vegetables and meats. Pancakes are also good.
