Amazing service from Ms.Jennifer, very specific and accommodating to our order dish preference.Smiling with mask.Right excellent service voice tone. Friendly demeanor. Tasty food.Delicious seasoning and enough, appropriate seasoning. Pandemic made it difficult with shipment but their menu is on point. Thank you for your patience, please continue good quality food and service with a mask-smile. We ordered quesadilla, side salads,lemonade,unsweetened iced tea and mini crab cakes.

We had salad bar and rib eye (half). We were actually going to add steak to this, but we were full.... The salad bar was also a normal amount, so there were a lot of potatoes (which I don't usually eat), so my stomach got bloated. But the blue cheese sauce in the salad bar was delicious, and the rib eye was delicious. Not many people recommended the salad bar, but I do.

Menu is extensive, service is fair to good (4 meals served at 4 different times, condiments not provided), food is average to good, no gravy provided for mashed potato, many side dishes were sold out by 1:30 pm. Don't expect much.

Birthday dinner went bad

birthday dinner. No water no bread served. One of the appetizers came way before any drinks came then our food was all brought at different times . eating at a restaurant don’t we go to eat together correct? Well nope not here….our dishes came in big gaps in between. Someone was eating an appetizer while someone else was eating their dessert and someone else on their main entree. Mine was a simple and didn’t take that long to come out at first but then it was practically well done and I ordered medium and they forgot my shrimp so when they took it back I feel like I was being punished for asked for my order corrected and fulfilled because my Steak shrimp and mash and came after everyone was pretty much done getting takeout containers . Also seemingly friendly but non apologetic waitresses And no one checked for our refills or how we were doing. I understand it was busy but it’s a restaurant and you would expect things to be handled well regardless and my experience with customer service on Guam was unblemished until now. As well as Of course we mentioned my dads birthday There was no special procedure for that l. It was an most extremely disappointing dining experience.black and white compared to kings next door. Also The very First bad dining experience for me on Guam. I suggest further training for the staff especially under pressure and the servers need to show more of a grace they acted like they were doing us a favor . Also how do u mess up medium to make. well done and completely forget the shrimp for steak and shrimp . The shrimp and mash potatoes were cold and the steak and zucchini were hot all on the same plate. I asked why it took so long they said they were waiting for my steak Medium takes way less than 30 minutes to cook more like 5-7 smh complete disappointment

Somebody should tell Ruby....her food sucks!

I am typically satisfied when I eat at RT...except for what happen today. I ordered their Fried Calamari (one of my past favorite dishes) but this time, it's was oily, greasy and worst of all, rubbery. The texture/coating was awful, not crunchy with no flavor. Ok, strike one. Then our Bacon Cheese Burger arrived...holy cow (no pun intended). You can tell the patty was frozen, it was cooked nearly well-done (we ordered medium). It was dry, and I mean dry and tasteless. Only saving grace to this experience was that our server was awesome, super nice and friendly, always checking on us. Otherwise, with other places serving much better quality food, for sure we're not coming back. There's better Calamary and Burgers for less money. Rather give them the business. Sorry Ruby, maybe some other day besides Tuesday.

Poor selection of salad, croutons were chewy not crunchy. Steak recommend by server was tough and dry. Baby back ribs were good. Baked potatoes were alright…Won’t be returning …Garlic and Lemon Pasta was tasteless No Lemon and no Garlic…..Entertainment was pleasing… Service was ok…

To expensive for the food

The service is always great and lovely people working but the fact is the food is not up to par with the prices. I realize Guam is an expensive place to live but you guys should do senior discount at least. Maybe you could have daily specials for less money also.

Not worth the money

We ordered the barbecued ribs with a side of mac & cheese, and some of the ribs were good and tender and moist, and some of the ribs were dry and gross and tasted old. The macaroni and cheese was dry it out and crispy and also tasted like it might’ve been cooked the day before or the week before because I had a little bit of a refrigerator taste.

We ate here after 4 years and the menu upgraded, the service is great and the salad station is always in punt. We ordered flavored teas because it comes with real fruit which is always a good choice and you can change your flavor each time you refill if you wanna try them all. As always we get our entree with the salad bar because if we're going to satisfy ourselves we minus well get the full experience. The crab mac n cheese is super amazing and hit the spot for me.

Salad Bar!

I had been in Guam for about 2 weeks already without much vegetables on my plate, and found this place! A great place for vegetarians and vegans to indulge. Definitely a great place to do a detox meal for me as well with a couple of trips to the salad bar. Will be back!
