Fun food, great flavors, interesting drinks and very laid back. Good for night with friends or romantic night out. Small plates restaurant with weekly changing menu. A lot of vegetarian options. Drinks are unusual and interesting. Try the coffee creme brulee- heaven!

Creative small plates, with lots of vegetarian options. Cool, relaxed atmosphere with a low noise level conducive to conversation. A couple of the items were a little greasy (tofu, mushrooms), but overall the food was great.

The service was good and atmosphere were very nice. The food was great, but some of the dishes just missed the mark (I.e., the duck ravioli filling was dry). We had to ask for new plates, which just seems a little problematic at a nice...restaurant.More

My wife and I visited Milwaukee for the first time and arrived at the Odd Duck for dinner on Friday May 27, 2022. Not surprisingly, there was a thirty minute wait for a table, however, there was a spot at the bar and we were...greeted by our Bartender, Aaron, who was vey pleasant and attentive. After a few glasses of wine and a charcuterie board, which was a very nice start, we migrated to a high table and transferred to our server, Andrew. Andrew was very nice and we started with raw oysters, which were delicious! He then highly recommended the morel mushrooms, which we’re outstanding! What a Wonderful way to start our our Milwaukee adventure and will definitely visit again when we are in town! Thank You, Aaron & Andrew!! Beth & ToddMore

An outstanding meal with a wide array of choices for the herbivore and the omnivore! The service was great, the pace was casual, and the food was amazing. One of my most memorable meals. My adult son discovered Odd Duck for a trip we were...making to Milwaukee. Wow! What a find.More

The portions are great for sharing. Small plates you and a friend could try 3-4 dishes. We recommend this place to all. The atmosphere is very nice. The bar those cocktails are from a different planet. Amazing food! 10/10 will be back.

We went there last night and it was fantastic! Every single dish was wonderful, and the cocktails were excellent. It’s pricy, but worth it! It is also worth nothing that this is one of the very few restaurants in Milwaukee that require proof of vaccine...to go in. We currently do not feel comfortable going to any restaurant that doesn’t require it, so we are especially grateful that the owners of the Odd Duck are being so responsible.More

This is our first trip back to Odd Duck since the pandemic started. We actually purchased their "bonds" (gift certificates that appreciated in value) earlier and enjoyed them now. We always start with the olives and a charcuterie plate. The chicken liver mousse was the...highlight of that, and we also tasted the Serrano ham and the gouda cheese. (The meats are a larger portion than the cheeses.) The best, most amazing dishes were the pan-seared lamb and the tempura straw mushrooms. If we hadn't ordered so many other things, we would have ordered both of those again! The potato gallette that came with the lamb was amazingly tasty as well. On the "good but not amazing" level were the duck breast and sausage, the short rib sauerbraten, and the bavette steak. On the "I probably wouldn't order this again" level was the rabbit and goat cheese pierogi (odd-tasting beet puree with it) and the Korean scallion pancake. Happily, the scallion pancake came last because it is VERY filling. The desserts were ok but had a bit of odd flavors. They also have a very unique cocktail menu. It's always a really fun experience to go and try their every-changing dishes! Service is excellent.More

We made reservations for our 5th wedding anniversary-we were not disappointed by the Odd Duck-we fell in love with the unique and creative menu and great creative cocktails. The service and staff were so helpful and friendly which only enhances your experience. Don't let the...idea of Tapas style fool you-the portions are quite large that we actually couldn't finish two of our choices even though we wanted too! This is a must visit restaurant!More

Such a delicious meal in a cozy, quirky atmosphere. The two of us ordered only three of the small plates: tuna crudo, rabbit pierogi and smoked duck breast, but these were excellent and enough to satisfy the two of us. (Snooping on other tables, the...charcuterie looked great.) Service was friendly and efficient. Recommend highly.More

This is the only restaurant in Milwaukee that consistently lives up to its reputation. The fact that they've managed to adapt their business to take away is amazing. Their food is always interesting, delicious and well executed. For our anniversary, we're staying at a hotel...downtown and ordering from them. <3More

I have been wanting to go to Odd Duck for some time now. It did NOT disappoint. I recommend you go with adventurous friends as the menu is full of surprises. Come ready to share. The plates you order arrive in a planned manner --...the best order to tickle and tease your palate. Don't overlook the veggie side of the menu -- those dishes offered some of the most inspired bites. Odd Duck, I miss you already.More

Excellent menu. Very eclectic. If you cant find something on this menu that doesn't make your mouth water then you aren't hungry. So many options, great portions. The cocktails are equally delicious. Make sure to ask the wait staff for a spoon for serving up...dishes. We'll be back for sure.More

This is a small restaurant. When you step in, the aromas immediately greet you! There were so many interesting tapas dishes to choose from, we had a hard time selecting. They change the menu with the seasons so the food is super fresh. We had...cauliflower that was wonderful, a duck dish, salad, and pumpkin creme brulee. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Decent wine list. I'll go back!More
