Heard good reviews about this restaurant so decided to check it out for my birthday. Was not disappointed as everything was very good and service was excellent. They give you plenty of time between courses so you can enjoy each one without the pressure of...eating fast so you can taste the individual flavors of the dishes which I appreciate.More
Started off on a bad note with a somewhat rude hostess but once the manager got involved she took great care of us and it was a great evening. I had the ribeye three course meal and it was cooked perfectly and was tasty but...got to say it was a little on the thin side. Crème Brûlée was excellent. Ross was our server and he did a great job. And the bourbon list was first class and very reasonably priced. All in all I’d go back when in Green Bay.More

We visited about 2 weeks ago with friends. Such a wonderful surprise! Looks pretty unassuming from the outside, but the food and ambience is fantastic. We went here for our anniversary dinner and were blown away. The food was amazing! I had the Chefusion Au Gratin (by far one of the best things I have ever eaten) and my husband had the Volcano Shrimp. But the real star of the...show was our server, Ross. He made our experience even more memorable. We will definitely go there again soon.More
My husband and I had a gift card but had never been to the restaurant. Wow, were we impressed! Our server (Russ or Ross - I cannot recall), but impeccable with service and kindness. He didn't have to do much convincing for us to try...something we were unsure about - could not decide as there were so many yummy options on the menu. My husband had filet with crostini, chicken matzo ball soup. I had an avocado/tomato/burrata (which was fantastic, by the way, and so beautifully presented). I had a small plate of chicken piccata. I haven't had chicken that moist in a very long time. Excellent meals! There were so many courses and items in between to clean the palate. We also felt our meals were WELL worth the money! it was not as crazy expensive as other places that have less than mediocre food. We were so impressed, and we've finally found our favorite fine dining in the area. Thank you!! We will definitely be back.More
First time going inside a restaurant since COVID. arrived at 6:20 and got a table away from everyone. Jessica was our server, very friendly and welcoming. Had a great bottle of wine, Baus Family Zin. The Chopped Caesar is a good size and pretty filling.... We shared a Kobe Burger. It's still a great burger. This restaurant hasn't lost it's touch. Great food and nice space.More
I came here on a Thursday at 5 for happy hour upstairs based on the reviews I found here. Unbelievable service with Seth who went over the menu with me and because of that, I ordered the 3 course meal which was fantastic!!! Wine was...great! Food was amazing. Service was spectacular. Can't wait to come back!!More
We did our research on Green Bay restaurants and Chefusion was our #1 to visit while we were visiting . Food was absolutely delicious (best mussels I have ever had) and the only letdown was the elk special. Meat was tough and chewy and didn’t...really match the quality of everything else we had for dinner that night. We will definitely come back (hopefully soon). I definitely recommend Chefusion. We had a wonderful experience at Chefusion while visiting GB for a Packers game. The main floor restaurant was nicely decorated, striking a great balance between intimate and comfortably casual. Wendy, our server, was engaging and gave us just enough attention without being intrusive. The...wine selection was broad and interesting. We did the 3-course prix fixe menu; with a starting point of just over $50 each, our expectations were moderate. However, the food was exceptional...truly, in most metropolitan areas of the US this food would justify a price point at least 30% higher. Each dish was well-crafted, somewhat complex, and delicious! I truly can't remember another time we dined so well...including complimentary amuse bouche and sorbet offerings...for so little. The only caveat I can offer is the spacing between tables is tight. A coat check offering would have been very helpful to free up some of the spacing within the dining area.More
Absolutely amazing meal. It was my dad’s birthday and we went out to celebrate with family. Everything from service to food was absolutely superb. Jim was our waiter and he was really courteous, helpful and super professional. Food was fresh and really tasty.
This establishment is a fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is wonderful and provides a speakeasy / gastropub type of experience yet still very casual. The staff was very accommodating, wonderfully friendly, knowledgeable and guided us throughout the evening. Chefusion has a unique...menu where you are welcome to spend time with them throughout a 3 course meal. This consist of an appetizer , main course and dessert for a single price. We started with some wonderful drinks and fresh breads - Martini’s and Local Beers and of course the FRESH bread they provide. The menu has many very appetizing selections - started with wedge salads and lobster bisque - the presentation was amazing, and all of the fresh tastes of the plates - mmmmm.. The main course we went with a fillet and lobster, prime rib & flat iron trios. Again the presentation of these dishes is amazing - but that is only looks - they were all cooked perfectly, flavorful and something you want more of. All fo these dishes provided us with an exceptional meal and very relaxing atmosphere. Onto the deserts - the “Gooey Butter Cake” was recommend as it is “Life Changing” - of course the Creme Brûlée and Ultimate Brownie were also fantastic. I do recommend the Gooey Butter Cake as it was fantastic! OVERALL - We LOVED this place, it is definitely on the list of must go’s if you’re in the area - YOU will NOT be disappointed. Love this place!! Every dish has been great so far. Their bread service is tasty. And Ross deserves a “Best in the Bay” award for his service. Upstairs is a bit more casual but I feel downstairs is a better overall experience
My daughter had a wedding at a family home and Chefusion catered the food this past weekend. We had Filet Mignon, Salmon, and Chicken. The food was absolutely AMAZING!!!! Everyone asked where we got the food from; it was prepared to perfection. Tony was fantastic...to work with and Scott did an amazing job preparing the food. Scott was right on time with delivery and I'm telling you, the food was outstanding! Both Tony and Scott were super friendly, listened to what we wanted, and offered us choices. The experience was seamless from start to finish. You are missing out if you haven't had food from this restaurant. You will not be disappointed.More
Came here for a date night - it was the perfect choice!! Our server was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and wines that would best pair with their offerings. Chefusion is a tad bit more on the expensive side side, but the quality and flavors...warrant the splurge! We are already planning our next visit.More
