So glad we did our research before our trip to Spokane and booked a reservation here. Wild Sage has stellar reviews on nearly every review website. We had the salmon with Washington clams, the flank steak, and two pear salads. We each had two Wild...Sage gin and tonics, as well. The food was simply amazing - very fresh, cooked perfectly, and presented beautifully. The drinks, likewise, were delicious and actually had some alcohol in them! Our server was spectacular. She was professional and yet friendly and gave us great recommendations. She anticipated our needs and met them before we had to ask. Too bad we live so far away, as we would come back to Wild Sage once a week if we lived here!More

Arriving with a reservation at 6:00 was seated The server was kind of slow and finally came over and took a drink order which took way too long. the craft cocktail you could barely taste the bourbon. The wine by the glass selection was very...weak and drove my choices after speaking with the server. Thought I would try the bucket list Burger to see what all the hubbub was about it was nothing special at all. Had the wine special as a Caymus red blend it was a very stingy pour and finally came out after several bites into my sandwich. With a tip it was a $73.00 flop. Hate it when this happens you come to town expecting food and service like you've had the other times you've been here and it never happened.More

By far, one of Spokane's finest restaurants. Craft cocktails were amazing and Brianna was friendly, personable and attentive. I had an additional person in my party and they accommodated without a fuss. Elevated food preparation on par with what I have come to expect at...finer establishments at home in LA. Great winelist without a heavy markup. Excellent value all around. You won't be disappointed.More

This is a solid pick if you are in downtown Spokane. It’s a quaint space with a menu that will please everyone. The polenta fries were delicious. We also had the flank steak and the butternut squash gnocchi which were both amazing. Our waiter was...so attentive which made for a perfect meal.More

Got there a little after 5:00 seated at the bar and got to watch all the action. Full service menu at the bar. Wonderful team working hard. Started off with a nice craft cocktail. The pea soup was phenomenal the popovers are legendary. For the...main course had the pepper crusted pork tenderloin simply out of this world! Nice wine by the glass selection had a wonderful Pinot noir. For dessert I had a chocolate and port flight. Wonderful experience by a friendly team all the way around!More

Everything about Wild Sage was excellent. It all starts with the popover-like rolls the lavender honey butter. We had the awesome polenta fires. My wife enjoyed the Meyere Lemon Chicken (who reves about the chicken?) and I thoroughly enjoyed the sweet potato gnocchi. The accompaniments/vegetables...were uniformly beautiful and delicious. I ordered the apple bread pudding for dessert and was blown away. The wine list showcases the impressive array of Washington State wines and is reasonably priced. We needed to eat early, so the 4PM start was appreciated. Can't sy enough about Wild Sage. It would be the best restaurant wherever it is located.More

Wild Sage was recommended to me for a special dining experience and I cannot thank her enough. We had first of all the best waiter ever named David. He was so very attentive and was so knowledgeable about the menu items. Then our wonderful drinks...came and our prosciutto appetizer it was beyond delicious, OH and then there are the melt in your mouth popovers 😋 The scallops looked delish so did the duck duck goose. My dish was the lamb shank and as David predicted it fell off the bone. We ended with a huckleberry Cream Brulé again absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend Wild Sage for your next romantic dining night out on the town.More

The Wild Sage was our choice to meet old friends from our high school days now living in Spokane and have a lovely meal. Tommy Scoritino one of the owners worked with us many years a go at our family's restaurant. We had heard about...the restaurant from his family and wanted to try it with our friends. The Wild Sage did not disappoint. The service, drinks, dinner and dessert were excellent. If ever in Spokane this is a must stop for dinner.More

The place is overrated and over priced. Certainly good, but not good enough to justify the prices. My wife had the swordfish special. It was good, but small. I had the bucket list burger. It was good, but I have been better.

Truly Outstanding meal and service! Hubby and I went for 25th anniversary dinner - first time in Spokane. We made res on OpenTable. They were packed when we got there a few minutes early. They seated us after 5 minutes -still before our 6pm res....I had the prosciutto and Burratta appetizer with grilled peaches - OMG so amazing. I had the Swordfish special with veggies, micro greens, sauce. This meal was a flavor explosion - really fantastic! Hubby had the Blue Bacon salad and the scallops - scallops were done perfectly and the sauce was just a tad sweet with amazing polenta. Our server was delightful! The ambiance was warm crisp casual - very WA. If you’re a foodie, you’ll love it.More

This is a pet peeve, so bear in mind. We were seated at a very wobbly and cheaply constructed table. After they tried unsuccessfully to stabilize it, we asked for another, which was just as bad. At these prices, you can't afford stable tables? You...would expect something like this in a cheap diner. We walked.More

This restaurant and meal were extraordinary. By sitting at the bar we avoided making a reservation and had wonderful conversations with the amazing bartender and owner. We love beautifully presented foods with unique combinations. By splitting salad, soup and entree we managed to experience three...wonderful components. The “Crisp Bacon & Blue” salad was a fantastic fresh blend of textures and tastes. ” Soup of the moment” (such a whimsical description) was rich and flavorful mushroom. Top it all off with menu favorite “Duck, duck, Goose” and you have a night and meal to remember!More

Visiting Spokane and my friend claimed this was the best in town. I can’t disagree! The restaurant is a nice size with a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The menu is not large but amply varied with vegetarian, seafood, pasta and meat dishes. I had the...pork tenderloin with pepper sauce over polenta with sides of green beans and asparagus. It was truly delicious and generous portions. This is not a budget restaurant but neither will it break the bank. Excellent choice for a sophisticated meal.More

My wife, daughter and I went to Wild Sage to celebrate our 33rd wedding anniversary. Our daughter who lives in Spokane recommended it. We live 85 miles away in Kettle Falls. My wife and I own a 5 star rated tourist destination in Kettle Falls,...and I am a trained, professional level breakfast cook. I know great food, we all do. Any time we have a reason to celebrate an occasion we actively seek out fine dining and have experienced the best restaurants in Spokane, but Wild Sage is in a class by itself. The ambiance was as expected, modern, artistic, clean, polite and professional. The wait staff who served us was above the best of the best. And the food was on a level of its own. We shared our meals so we could all enjoy the exquisite presentation, the amazing combinations of flavors and spices EVERY bite was a new experience! We weren't able to even define all that was in the Summer vegetable soup or the pork tenderloin gravy or the sauce over the freshly made linguini but each one was absolutely stunning. Awesome! Amazing! We applaud Wild Sage!! If there was a place to provide a 10 star review I would do that. I have read some reviews that say the price was too high. My answer to that is "Yes dinner was more expensive than the McDonalds down the street, but at Wild Sage YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR and for us it was worth every penny." We have a new favorite restaurant, and we will keep going back until we have tried everything on the menu! Then we will start from the top and do it again!! Thank you for a dining experience we would not have expected to find in Spokane. Phil and Linda Teller and our Daughter Chelsea Stone.More
