Christmas Vacation

We were trying to get a typical German food, even the food is excellent the value was so expensive. In general this city is like any German town, lights and entertainment was a good experience for a family vacation.

Pretty good

We went one day and though it’s good, it’s a mess lol. You cannot fit what you’re getting in your mouth and all the topping fly out when you take your first bite. The sausage was tough to get thru at first, but all in...all pretty good. I think there’s more delicious sausage joints in Leavenworth. I didn’t think it was worth the mile long line we saw when we were walking around.More

Great food and atmosphere

We came after our bike tour, it’s such a neat place. The pretzel was yummy, LOVE that they had 2 diff vegan options for sausage- I had the Beyond meat sausage and it was so good! Hubby had the Dirty Face Amber and he loved...it. Quick service and friendly staff and lots of mustard options!More

Decent Takeout Food

We got our food to go and ate in the park across the street. They have a seating area to eat but the wait was an hour and a half on a busy weekend day. It is a pretty basic menu with sausages, hot dogs,...and prezels. The food was good but seemed fairly high priced for what we got. Pretty normal for Leavenworth though. One nice thing was that you can order online rather than stand in a long line. Then they give you an estimated pick up time and you can wander over to listen for your name to be called out.More

Amazing as always and very innovative post-COVID

I was very impressed with how Munchen Haus has handled themselves with social distancing their line, having an online ordering system in place, a loudspeaker to call out your name and a specific to go pick up location. It was very efficient and as always,...the food was delicious! Got my Big Bob Brat and a German Chocolate Cake Ale and some soft pretzels for the family. All good!More

Best Brats in town

We love Munchen Haus and have been coming for years. The new COVID friendly ordering and seating process was a bit confusing but it all worked out great. Nice variety of brats and their pretzels and soup are good too. Local beers on draft.

Pricey But Good

My wife and I ate here during recent visit to Leavenworth. We each had a sausage, potato salad, and an ice tea. Sausage good, Potato salad plain and wouldn’t recommend. $35 bill - too much to pay for what we got — even in Leavenworth.

Don't pass on these pretzels

By far the best pretzels in Leavenworth! Now have 100% online ordering which is kind of cool because usually the line is insane (but worth the wait).
