The Muse Whiskey and Coffee Bar (the Weyerhaeuser Building built in 1923), is step back in time to an elegant era with sophisticated libations, both alcoholic and caffeinated. Rich, smooth coffees (latte, flat white, & macchiato samples) are crafted not simply brewed, where as the cocktails (Dark Walnut & Rockefeller sampled) were delightful. The Bone Marrow with Crostini was rich and fatty (in a very good way)!
