Had the Southwestern Turkey Wrap yesterday, and it was delicious. Ben the owner makes soups from scratch, as well as his creative Wraps and sandwiches. Tuesday is Tri Tip day at this location, which he prepares on his outside grill. On Fridays, he does Tri Tip sandwiches and salads at their Silver Summit location.

The Italian, his Tri tip sandwich, his Chicken and Dumpling soup are all great. All of his soups are made from scratch...this is a great lunch place, but so is his Bonanza Drive place in Park City. There you see a lot of blue collar folks, who are people who appreciate great value.

While shopping at a local outfitters, we asked where to go for a sandwich. In unison THREE of the workers said, “Clockwork!” We found it to be quick, fresh, reasonably priced, and a welcomed healthy choice. The owner was great, making suggestions that were spot on. Perfect, low key lunch. I would go back in a heartbeat!

I wrote a review of this sandwich shop right after it opened in Kimball junction several years ago. Now I must revisit it. My wife and I stopped in for the "Italian Stallion" which was voted best sandwich in Park City a few years ago. I used to agree with that but my recent experiences has changed my mind. Ordered 2 to go and first off the bread on one of the sandwiches was burnt on the outside. Not a little but a lot. Also, it was drowned in mustard and mayo. Couldn't find the onion and only a few tiny pieces of pepperoncini, which was what separated this sandwich from so many others. There's obviously a quality control issue going on. The sandwich should be consistent. My wife was really looking forward to it and, man, did it disappoint.

I'm being super generous with my 3 star review of Clockwork Cafe. I'm only giving it a higher rating than it deserves because the people who run the place are just SO friendly! I want to support small, family-owned businesses, but let's lay out some truth: the sandwiches here are no better than what I could make myself at home.
I ordered a hot smoked turkey club on wheat (they were out of sourdough), and hubby got an Italian sub. Both were so disappointing. The presentation was good, but both sandwiches were lacking in every area possible.
First, the bread was dry and tasted like regular old store bought sandwich bread. It would be nice if they had freshly baked or artisan breads as a base. The toppings were super skimpy. My sandwich came with tomatoes and lettuce, and my sandwich had one tomato that had been sliced into what looked like fourths to make it go farther. Yeah, ONE tomato slice spread out over one sandwich. The mustard was standard issue, and the turkey was of a very poor quality (think Buddig over Boar's Head). Hubby said his sub had "zero flavor" and also left highly disappointed.
I liked that their soda fountain has Coke Zero, and they have two very rickety outdoor tables, but I don't think I will be back.

I read in Park City magazine that Clockwork was voted the best sandwich in Park City and the Parkites were right. Wife and I had the Italian stallion and take it from an airline pilot who has eaten a mountain of sandwiches over the years--this is, perhaps, the best ever! Family owned and the people who work there are very nice and polite.
Piled high with melted cheese and the perfect roll hits all of the marks. They just opened in Redstone in the Junction which is the one we hit. Try it. You will love it!

The experience began with the owner Ben greeting us and only went up from there. We had The Italian Stallion and the Pastrami Reuben, chips and dessert. We talked to Ben about his daughters experience as an olympian. He had us have a seat and delivered our meal. The sandwiches were incredible. I wished I had tried the potato salad. The prices were reasonable. The Cafe is in a good location and I recommend you make a stop here.

We love this place. The food is great, the service is perfect. The Ruben is good. The triumph salad is my favorite. I don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu.

Stopped in for a cup of coffee and stayed for the warm conversation and delicious, fresh, homemade food. A hidden gem and local favorite, we would have missed it if it hadn’t been recommended.

Ben has also open Clockworks in the old Subway site and the food is excellent. Homemade soup each day and certainly try the chicken salad. Daily specials!

Clockworks has a beautiful decor which is second to the inviting delicious food. The service was excellent and menu varied. Something for everyone. Located in a construction area it is worth the challenge to find it. Will not disappoint.
