We love to head to local drive ins when on our roadtrips, so when we saw the line at Henri's Hideout on the main street of Panguitch near our motel, we assumed it was a popular place and decided to try it out. We quickly...learned the line in the drive through was mainly due to extremely slow service. The menu was confusing with different prices for cash versus charge and different options for dine in versus drive through. I thought I ordered a combo with burger and fries as it was listed though it was served without fries. I would have gone back and asked for those, but I wasn't sure it would be worth the wait time. While sitting in the drive through line waiting for my burger (which are at least prepared individually) , I was given the dish of vanilla ice cream only to watch it melt while I waited for the rest of the order. I was not given a receipt for my credit card order so I was unsure what I was going to be charged. For a burger, soft drink and small ice cream, I was charged $9.97. We do like to support a local place, but in this case it might have been better to go to a familiar franchise or just grab some grub from the nice local grocery store. The restaurant does have outside picnic tables in the back and a covered picnic area with ample parking for even larger vehicles.More

30 minute wait for a single patty cheeseburger and fries. I do not usually go out of my way to write bad reviews, but this place was terrible. Skip this place for a burger, really bad!

We ordered cheeseburger, grilled cheese, chicken fingers, fries and shakes. The cheeseburger was fantastic. Juicy with a fantastic sauce. Grilled cheese was better than my own. The chicken fingers were nothing special. But the shakes were thick and delicious. Wish we could have stayed for...several meals! Also, the “house” for rent behind the drive-in is wonderful. Three bedrooms and two baths. Clean and had everything we needed, including a little green space for kids to run. We loved our two nights there!More

They should change frying oil DAILY like code in many places...but they use same oil meal after meal after day after day..or at least it tastes like that. We had fries and other meals that tasted greasy of old oil. Bad experience. You can even...smell that bad oil from outside the building! Shakes are fake, it's the carton of half gallon mix that Mcdonald and cheapos use....and it's way overpriced. It's not real ice cream.More

I dont know if they replace frying oil daily, but food tastes like disposed old oil. Burgers are the highest fat content , as bad as you can get, why cant you offer alternatives like ELK meat or Bison meat , way less fat and...cholesterol. Or..."Beyond Meat", the no fat no cholesterol burgers that are so popular now. You can charbroil them and they are superb!! Also, the Milk Shakes are FAKE! Made with the carton stuff you pour in the cheap machine....its not ice cream. And way overpriced!More

i agree with the great burgers that other reviewers liked. as good of a burger as i found anywhere. the fries were good but not different than other places. the milkshakes are very thick. almost like soft serve ice cream. we were 4th in line...at the drive thru {no inside dining), but the wait was reasonable. my girl friend liked the tacos. my only issue is the menu is in the windows after the order station. and the paper menu the order taker provided was far from complete. i will take pictures of all the menu sign so i can decide what i want before i return to the drive thru. i really want to try other items to make a more complete review of this restaurant. i also am curious why they have not resumed dine in as the other 5 restaurants in town have done that. if i am going to eat at my motorhome, i can make jst as good of a meal there.More

We really need enjoyed our dinner from here. Great burgers and fries and of course milkshakes. Service was great and they even replaced our food that my wife dropped upon leaving the restaurant. Highly recommend the Chubby!

We travel through the area often and this time we needed sustenance! Henry's was busy - they only had the drive through which was fine, but we got our food fairly quickly. Our burgers were tasty, the fries were hot and good and our milkshakes...were smooth and nice, made with soft ice cream. We were able to pay from our car without touching anything and the workers wore masks. The service was top notch and the food was satisfying. We will stop again when we go through.More

reminiscent of the way we used to love em! Burger was grilled and juicy. The bun toasty. Onion rings that are actual onion rings. And a chocolate shake so thick you had to use a spoon! Yumm!
