The Pie Pizzeria, a valley landmark since 1980, continues to reign atop the "Best Pizza" lists because of the business philosophy that consistency, quality, equitable pricing, and great service are the keys to success. The Pie takes no shortcuts! We believe that quality takes time. It would be a MIRACLE if you get your pizza in less than five minutes! We like to consider ourselves old school, with no frozen dough or pre-shred bagged pizza cheese here. Everything at The Pie is made to order. Pizza dough is hand-rolled and hand-tossed the traditional way. We slice our meats, cheeses, and vegetables fresh every morning. Our sauces and dressings are made in-house too. We do this not because it's the new culinary trend, we do this because we have done it that way for over 40 years. To us, it's more about the interaction than the transaction. I love their vegan pizza. But I do want to warn everyone, that apocalypse crust is way way way too hot! Just don't order it. The menu states a slow oncoming burn, but it is a very hot burn and not so good the following day. I am just warning you. I think they should give us a new pizza because we had no idea it would be that hot. We aren't whimpy to heat, we love mexican food. And with the tip it cost us $29. But the vegan toppings are the bomb!

I moved to UT from Chicago and I was afraid I would never find a decent pie. The day I tried The Pie Pizza was a day I will never forget. Sure, there is skiing, hiking and the sun shines 90% of the year, but I would be homesick without the Pie.

Visiting Riverdale for work for a few weeks and stopped in a few times for early dinner. Had a variety of things on the menu, Salads, Cheddar pull parts, wings and different pizzas. I’m a vegetarian and all my request were met with ease. They had tons of Vegan options and gluten free as well. Family loves the Mountain of Meat pie and it’s really funny when they announce it over the intercom. Kids absolutely devoted the cheddar pull apart’s. They have options for everyone in the party.

First timers. Pizza is a subjective item.If you do not care for it nothing will drag you back. This is NOT a cafe, but more of a diner: order at the counter, pay and sit and wait for your name to be called. NO service staff. Their cheese bread sticks are quite good. The pizza crust is very good. They pile the toppings on. The sausage is the Italian stuff. If you do not care for spicy, fugetaboutit. Chicken wings were standard buffalo wings; not to my taste. The combo pizza advertised with green olives: none. This stuff was simply too overloaded and spicy. Completely overboard with the toppings and not to our liking. For some, they will write a great review. If it were my wife writing this, they would get one star. For many, it is OK. I give it three stars because they go to great lengths with their toppings. We just simply do NOT like it. Gimme Tony's every time, or even DiGiornos from the grocery store.

randomly picked this place because we were at the Ice Sheet. Wife had the gluten free pizza and gluten free beer, which we don't normally find. I had a calzone, which was really good. I will return!

We order take out whle coming out the mountain after a long day of skiing. The shitakee mushroom pizza was absolutely delicious. Will be back soon!😀

We ordered a wise guy pizza with a thick dough super goid and fluffy. The shitakee no chicken with a thin dough was absolutely deliciou too!!!

The Pie is located near Weber ST. University. You order at the counter and you are called when your pizza is ready. Very college feel to the restaurant and they had a very nice screened patio with fire pits. I have celiac and had the gluten free pizza. The pizza crust and pizza were very good. I am not sensitive to cross contamination so I do not know if they take any special precautions. I would assume that at a pizza restaurant that cross-contamination is likely. I would recommend calling before you go if you are sensitive. Would I eat here again? Definitely. They also were setting up for live music. only complaint was that there were a lot of dirty tables. They were slow to clean tables.

We've eaten at The Pie in Salt Lake and enjoyed it, so decided to visit this one while visiting family in Roy. Their pizzas are just a little unique, are generous with toppings and are well prepared. Reasonably priced and very tasty. We really like the BBQ chicken and the veggie pizzas. A great place.

Excellent pizza. Much better then other places in town. Half salad was huge and yummy. Sandwich was okay. Overall, excellent place for pizza and salad.

This place has excellent pizza with a wide selection. I've done sit down and carry out. Call ahead, especially at night or on the weekend.

My husband and I went here when we stopped in Ogden because they have selections for vegans, which we appreciated. I wish I could say they did a good job, but we waited over 40 minutes at our table and when our pizza was called, we found we had a cold and under baked pie. I’m not sure if they forgot, but waiting that long for cold pizza is totally unacceptable.

I've eaten here 3-4 times and haven't been disappointed by the quality or amount of food. They have very creative pies which are quite satisfying. The price is a wee bit above what I would expect, but if the market bears it, I guess it's right.
