I had heard a lot of good stuff about this place and decided to give it a try. Not real big and we had to wait for a table. Order at the counter and they bring it to you. We ordered the extra large with everything on it. The cashier said they had no bell peppers so he couldn't get us the one we wanted. We said fine, then just ring it up and we'll do without the bell peppers. He said he couldn't, because they had taken the code off the register when they ran out. We asked him then could he make us one like it without the bell peppers for the same price. He said he couldn't do that either. So he charged us for the XL pizza and $4 for every dang topping that went on the specialty pizza we wanted. By this time I just went with it, but I've never paid $40 for one pizza before in my whole life. The guy was just not accommodating at all. I heard him semi-arguing with another customer about their order. The pizza was really good once we got it. Center crust was really really thin, but not crunchy. It's not like the wood fired kind. The outer crust was excellent. Soft and chewy. Would eat there again, but not when they are out of bell peppers!

Two large slices and a soda for $7.99 fed two hungry adults after a long hike. Not many dining options in this historic street due to COVID so picked it more by default but so glad we did. This isn’t mall pizza folks — slices made fresh and nothing sitting under a heat lamp that we noticed.

New York style because you can read a newspaper through the crust. Takes three pizzas to fill you up. The cheese? Well, if there is any, it is dang hard to find. The marinara sauce has flavor, but this simply is NOT a pizza you can sink your teeth into. I consider myself a very fair judge of restaraunts. This place is a hole in the wall, NO service, very few places to sit unless you like stools and the noise they call music is NOT!

As a New Yorker, I consider myself a pizza expert. This place was way better than you would expect in the middle of suburban utah. I had the lucky 7- the toppings were perfectly balanced, the bread was thin and crispy and a great cheese to sauce ratio.

We ordered 13 pizzas, when we arrived, a few minutes early, they were just pulling them out if the oven. The guy at the cash register was very friendly and offered us some water while we waited. Two of them helped carry them to out vehicle. Pizzas were delicious, also.

I probably eat more Lucky Slice Pizza while enjoying the Ogden Raptors baseball games than actual going to the establishment. Never been disappointed at either location though. Taste, toppings, etc. more in line with what you’ll find downtown NYC or other similar places.

Pizza by the slice! And a lot of interesting combinations to choose from. As well as the regular combinations. The slices are generous ( almost to a fault - I said “almost”). On the Historic 25th St area. Check it out

Recommend by a local as the best pizza in town, we feel it was great advice
Sold to go or to stay in, they have it by the slice and buy whole pizzas
Thinner crust with both traditional and trendy offering.
Reasonable prices, great taste and a neat setting With lots of seating inside and a small amount outside

The absolute best pizza in Ogden. We have tried many different options from Lucky Slice and they've all been so good! Highlights are definitely the potato pesto and the danimal! I love the thin crust and the fresh toppings! And an order of zeppoles to top off the meal, mmmm!
