We were looking for a McDonald’s dinner in the outskirts of Salt Lake City, a place called Clearfield. Horrible experience tonight. Waited in the line for 10 minutes. Order my food got to the 2nd window, they handed me everything. I said oh you forgot my Oreo shake, they said it wasn’t on the list. I said well I order it can I buy it here and pay for it here since they forgot. the guy said no you have to go through the line again, I said that’s never happens they let me pay here and order here if it’s your guys mistake. He said if I don’t move my FIN car he was going to call the copes. Thanks McDonald’s for threatening me. I’ve came to this establishment for over 10 years. Never been treated this way, for something you forgot to order.
