First time here. Restaurant

First time here. Restaurant is located in downtown McKinney and was fairly busy for a Wednesday night. I had a pizza with a local beer. Service and vibe was very good. Prices a bit higher than what I am used to but considering the area and vibe, not bad. Waitresses did a good job and food arrived quick. I like thin crust and requested thin but they said that is all they do! For me I will come back sometime!

Busy and had to keep requesting a waiter get us refills and to take our order. Beware: although the food is great, the service is typically overwhelmed in peak times and CROWDED. This is not recommended for a "quick" bite.

Fun first time visit…

This was my first visit to the area and my local friend said that the Cadillac Pizza was a must try and she was correct! We dined here for lunch and they offer a pizza, salad, and drink special for $13.00. I ordered the, “Boss Hogg” pizza and it was fantastic. My friend equally ordered her pizza. Fun vibe, great food, and they offer live music on weekend/nights. I would absolutely dine here again in the future.

They literally kicked me out

I went with a friend after shopping all day. Our party was already seated when we walked in. I was looking for my mask in my purse when the host came up to me and very rudely told me I absolutely had to have my mask on to get to my table. Our table was 2 tables away from me with only 2 other people eating in there. I kept looking for my mask (as I had been wearing it all day) and asked him if I could just hold my breath and walk to my table so I don't keep stressing about finding my mask. I told him, I'd probably need to take 2 breaths to get to my table but that I'd hold my breath if he'd let me get by. He then took a bouncer stance and started screaming at me that in that place they don't stand for that and I could just leave. He showed me the door, walked past me, opened the door for me and kicked me out. Literally made me leave. He was angry and hateful. For what? since when do restaurants have the right to behave so rudely. I had no problem wearing my mask overall but thought it was too cumbersome to keep looking for it when my table was within 3-5 yards of where I was standing. My friend left with me. Our party remained since they had already ordered appetizers. They said it smelled like a wet mop in there and the food was sub standard. Go in at your own risk.I am a 46 year old mother of 5. I think I can think for myself, and deserve to be treated with respect.

Just fine nothing amazing

Came here with a Co-Worker who is local, the downtown district that this restaurant is in is very cool. The food was good but not amazing. I had the Wedge Salad which again was good, it could have used some more flavor. The supreme pizza again was fine but nothing special.

Pest place in McKinney for pizza.

Cadillac Pizza makes very good hand-tossed fresh made thin crust pizza. Our ultimate standard is Neapolitan pizza in Naples and many pizza restaurants all over Italy. But let's be fair, this is Texas, not Italy and it's going to have a touch of Texas flair such as a brisket queso option. It's busy, fun, noisy and has a nice outside dining area. The outside tables are on the west side, so early evening can be hot. Our only negative was that the sauce was bland and lacking in flavor.

Thin crust vs skimpy?

Perhaps, by reading these reviews, every single person that enters this pizza restaurant knows in advance that thin crust at this establishment means ritz cracker thin and toppings are only what that base can bear. Anyhow I love pizza. And there’s no such thing as a bad one. That said they are all the same size, medium at any other place, and all $17 or $18. Will just feed two people as long as they also get a salad or appetizer. Nothing special, frankly. No innovative toppings and a certainly not much can be put on such a thin crust anyway. OK place.

Visited this restaurant for the first time yesterday. It was very crowded with a 25 minute wait. We ordered the Original Supreme Pizza, the Margherita Pizza, Rigatoni, and the cheese bread. The bread was excellent and there was a lot of it. Supreme Pizza was excellent as well, although I'm not typically a fan of thin-crust pizza. Rigatoni and Margherita were below par, and the meatballs on the Rigatoni were not appealing at all. Service was excellent.

Good Thin Crust Pizza

Bustling restaurant in the heart of downtown McKinney. Group of adult friends and family met with an evening meal. Service was a bit slow but friendly. The pizzas were very good with thin crust and crust finish. We found the salads particularly flavorful and lightly dressed. One in our party ordered the lasagna-huge portion with great cheesy bread. Parking behind the building and on the street.

One of my favorite pizza places in McKinney

The pizza pub also has sandwiches and amazing apps. You can build your own pizza or get a pre-made specialty. My favorite is the goat/fig and smokey pie pizzas. They’re a little pricey but really good if you’re going for a night out with friends.

Terrific Pizza, Fun Atmosphere!

Yes is is crowded and you may have to a wait a little bit to get in, but well worth it. Very popular. Great for couples to families. Pizza was amazing. Flavorful and goes down easy. My wife and I can never eat a pizza this size, but we devoured this one.

Don't bother trying to take out.

Last week I gave up on take out because i was put on hold twice. Both times left on hold for over 10 minutes. And today 6-1-2022 I made a pick up order. I waited for 35 minutes. Walked over to pick it up and they had my order ALL wrong. I tried to order again at the stand. Was told to go wait at the bar to take my order. I WONT BE RETURNING. WARNING, if your hungry don't bother on trying to take out here

If you order the brisket queso, make sure you tell them to add the brisket, if you order to go, check to make sure there is actually brisket in the queso. Very disappointed.

Home made pizza - outstanding

Great place for pizza - service was fantastic (waitress didn’t rush us and came around at the right time dealing with tables inside and out on the patio) Started with an appetizer - deviled eggs (a little pricey for five halves) and then original supreme pizza (perfect crust with a little crunch w/o being mushy) Great place to go - just a word of caution - we got there at 430 and by 530 it was packed

Amazing pizza!

I loved this place and it has some of the best pizza I have ever had! They have gluten free crust so if you are gluten free I would go check it out. This place has always been great and I would definetly reccomend going there if you are in the area.
