A typical hotel cafe

I cannot fathom how this is so highly rated on Trip Advisor. The place is a typical hotel cafe/restaurant. It has a fairly limited menu that includes standards like pizza and burgers as well as a few other entree options. The server was fine, the...atmosphere was fine but by no means was anything exceptional or extraordinary. If you’re staying at the hotel by all means eat there, but I would not go out of my way to eat there.More

Great service caring attitude

Ebony was a gem. She knew the menu and explained all the choices. She also made sure we were happy with our food and drinks. The service was certainly superb. We have stayed in top hotels all over the world, and have not experienced better...or friendlier service. The food here was excellent as well as her caring attitude about my visit to MDAnderson. She managed to not pry yet still care about us. That’s a rare ability. We will be back. Btw. The other service from the bartender to Michael at breakfast and those who provided support for Ebony were all exceptionally nice, competent and caring. Thanks for making a difficult time better.More

Perfect end to my day

My colleagues and I had great welcoming experience each evening for dinner. I was especially impressed with Daniel A., and the delicious cocktails concocted by him. Both Daniel A, and Jesus S, were professional and friendly.
