We love the food. Love the service. Love the vibe in the bar when the band is on break. We've complained so many times and management just doesn't care. We don't come here for a concert. The band should be in the background creating a...mood. Its was 93db tonight. That's the level of a freight train. We had to leave.More

This was our 3rd time at this location. We went because of our experience in Nashville. Only the first time lived up to it. Maggie was the bartender and Nadia was our server and it was great visit. Sadly the last 2 not so much....I felt the service was n to up to par. 20 minutes form being seated to having our cocktails served. Crab cake was great but the rest of the meal was so so. the last time the lobster was overcooked. Additionally last night there was a new musical group and the singer was off key quite a bit. Time to stop eating here . Doesn't deliver the Eddie V's experienceMore

We went based on our experience with the one in Nashville. This was quite nice but as busy as Nashville. When i asked when we arrived if it was the same owners, the girl as the desk had no idea. Maggie, at the bar ,...was great, the trip playing music was so good, we decided to eat at a table in the bar area. Nadia was great as well. We will definitely return.More

For a restaurant that usually outdoes itself, I am disappointed to say that I received food that wasn't even edible because of the taste. 2024 is not looking good and I must add, the valet placed a towing sticker on my car out of an...assumption that I went to another location. Not the Eddie Vs I remember from previous years but hopefully they can bounce back this year.More

Food as always was wonderful. Our service was very lackluster. As many people that are working to make sure the experience is what it should be ours was not. Our waitress was polite but very inattentive. After we received our appetizer I had changed my...mind and wanted to order a salad, however our waitress never showed back up to check and see how things were. I saw her a few times taking care of her other tables she never once circled back around to check on us so we never got a salad because the food was delivered shortly after the app. It felt like the food runners and other service staff helped more than she. Anyway we normally tip exceptionally well and a 20% tip from us is a minimum which means the service was not on par. For the amount of money it costs to eat here I expected better service. This is type of service I would expect at red lobster or outback. Overall though food was excellent.More

My Husband and I were originally going to a Hand rolled Sushi restaurant- it was a 40 min wait- we were very hungry so we decided to go to Eddie V's- SOOO glad we did!!! It was Happy Hour, so we opted to go into...the bar and take a look at the Happy Hour menu- From the moment we went in -the Hostess was delightful and very accommodating. We sat down at a 2top table- Our server came over with a great big smile and ask us what we wanted to drink- That is where one of the best experiences started- Our server Matthew was the BEST- He was so attentive and pleasant- He suggested the Prime Steak Tataki- It was wonderful. He also suggested to my husband the Oysters that were delish. I order the Mini Filet sandwiches and Ahi Tuna Tartare. One of the Best Ahi Tuna The food was Fab but Matthew made the whole dining experience first-rate. We actually made a reservation for the next week and made sure we are sitting in Matthew's section- Cant not wait to go back-More

I made reservations for my husband's birthday. Told the person on the phone it was his birthday. We checked in upon arrival, told the front desk it was his birthday. When wait staff came to greet us, told her it was his birthday. Mission accomplished....We had a lovely dinner - drinks, appetizers, salads, and entrees. When the waitress asked if we wanted to order dessert, we obviously said no. We had celebrated many times for special occasions and knew a celebration plate would arrive - because I had told every employee that it was HIS birthday. Our cute waitress arrived with an EMPTY Happy Birthday plate, poured liquor on it and lit it on fire - stating she was sorry that we weren't interested in dessert. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? In a few days, I received a survey of our experience. I filled it out telling our story - no response. Do not ask the question if you don't intend to fix the problem. No class.More

I decided to reserve a table for fathers day because dads only get barbeque or home cooked meals. Our waiter, Coleman was good. I ordered the 8oz filet. My husband got the halibut special. My sons each ordered the 12oz filet and crab stuffed shrimp....We ordered the crab cake as an appetizer. We also ordered the bodies hot chocolate cake which is actually a molten Lava cake.More

$96 for a small lobster tail and two tiny tiny pieces of steak, perhaps a filet cut in half? Hard to tell. Very unappetizing looking. The lobster way overshadowed the little steaks. Lobster is $5 a pound at the store. Why $96 here?? $38 for...shrimp stuffed with jumbo lump crabmeat. Maybe at some point in time, but not last night. Backfin or something very shredded for the crab. Dry and unappetizing, topped not with fresh herbs, but greasy breadcrumbs. Not stuffed at all (the shrimp were too small to butterfly and stuff), just crab on top of shrimp. No little salad on the side as described online. Our second time at Eddie V's this month, and I think we're done. Our dining partners steak, probably $90 also, was overcooked. So for the money they lose throwing out expensive steaks, I guess they make up serving seafood less than what is described on them menu? The manager came to the table to see about the meat being cooked wrong, made our guest cut open his steak in front of him, and then again when the properly cooked steak came out. Made him cut open the middle of his steak so the manager could confirm it was cooked correctly. The chef was unable to do this himself? Everyone who cooks steak knows how to test for correct doneness. Certainly the chef should. The restaurant is a fun experience if you have a lot of money to spend, and you don't really care about what you are eating, The service is always very good and the jazz from the bar is great.More

We had a great experience with regard to our service and how much we enjoyed the waiter. We were generously given 3 desserts as we were celebrating 2 graduations and a birthday and a dessert for the table (which was incredible). The warm goat cheese...salad was very yummy and unique. Our 6 main dishes were just ok. My med rare to med filet was well done and not great. The lobsters were tough and tasteless. Others didn't love their entrees. Spinach and au gratin potatoes were a hit. Charged $12 for one extra lobster taco appetizer when 4 were $23?? Glad we experienced it but wouldn't go back.More

We checked in and stood by the door like outcasts for almost 30minutes, getting seated at close to 9 for an 830 reservation on my sons 16th birthday. We were then seated in a closet not really part of the restaurant with no ambiance. Unacceptable...seating for anyone, especially on a birthday. Service was slow but friendly. Most dishes were excellent, the oyster and salads were great. I really enjoyed the tartar as well. Almost everyone in party enjoyed the main dishes, my mothers steak was cooked perfectly. However, my sons steak was the 12oz filet and seemed to be cooked the same as my mothers 8oz. This obviously caused the order of medium rare to be pretty much raw, it was basically a tartar. He should have sent it back, but he is not a complainer. After not really eating it the server did remove it from our bill which was appropriate. The mac and cheese and brussel sprouts were good sides and the warm chocolate cake was good. Despite having mostly excellent food, I wouldn't go back after the lapse in consideration for such a special occasion birthday.More

Our waiter, James was top notch, with a really great sense of humor- he made my Birthday really FUN! The Managing Partner, Darren Povero went around to every table to sincerely welcome his guests! That is impressive, how you always feel especially welcome at Eddie...Vs! Our steaks came out a bit over done and the two of them bent over backwards to make everything absolutely perfect. This is the sort of service we always get at Eddie Vs. I would also like to mention our other regular waiter, Steven. He is also always perfect and a whole lot of fun! I can't say enough good about Eddie Vs and the steaks are always outstanding. Also, I highly recommend getting your reservation to eat in the bar. It's one of the only places in Ft Worth that has live Jazz music!More

Nice steak knife Nice bread crumble tool, unfortunately the waiter didn't know how to use it. Steak alone on the plate over-salted over-peppered. No sauce. No side. Well cooked. Tartrate Ok+, supposedly prep at the table, but was pre-mixed. Service: poor, waiter without knowledge of...the menu, neither the wines. It was Monday, is that the reason? Maybe but it is not an excuse. Overall, I didn't find any good restaurant in Texas for now. Sorry guys.More
