I made our reservation almost 2 months in advance. When we arrived we discovered upon entering that the restaurant parking lot was not owned by them and we had to pay a third party ($11 ). We were seated fairly quickly but we didn't see...a server for almost 15 minutes. It took nearly 30 to receive our drink order. The soup and bread bar was empty of several items and never replenished during our visit. The meat was excellent though and we were able to try lots of things. It's definitely expensive. 2 adults, a 5 year old ($5), one drink each was $200 . Desserts are separate and cost $12-14 each so that was $40 of the bill. Server was really nice but didn't see her much. We had to flag her down to request butter and the bill. Don't eat anything before you go so you can get your money's worth .More

Our reservation was on the second floor. The meat had an intense liver smell and taste when it was just supposed to be a piece of steak, although it was very small. The portions are so small, all the meat we ordered barely would add...upto a pound and almost each one was chewy. My wife and I were waiting for a well-done beef steak, but it never came. They brought us three chicken wings; I took one my wife took the other two. The salad was fine, it was all we ended up eating after so many issues with the other food. After we left, I found a parking ticket on my car windshield, even after I already paid $11 for parking. My experience was horrible. I spent 100 dollars for two plates of salad, and I still have to pay $86 for the parking ticket.More

We had made a reservation on Dic 5th at 6:45pm. Arrive 10 minutes earlier and the hostess did not greet us. She told us that we had to wait for our table 20 Minutes or more. Very un experience hostess. Then she asked us again...if we had a reservation..while we were waiting… we sat at the bar , Order 2 drinks ,,the price in the drink menu was $10. When we ask for the bill the bartender was charging us $13.50 per drink I told him to get the manager so I may clear this situation and he said it’s was ok the price is $10. I told the bartender They have to charge what it says in the menu.. very tricky… The hostess came and said our table was ready.. she took us after half an hour to the table , it was right by the kitchen door plus we had all the traffic of the waiters I told her I did not like our table. And I asked her if there was another one. And she said I had to wait more if I didn’t like the one she picked. There were other tables empty. She could have gave us anyone of those because I had made a reservation earlier that day. And we left very upset…. Terrible service. Tricky bar prices ,,,Never again will go back…More

I am a local, and have been to TX Roadhouse in Worcester both for dine in, also for takeout. Each is awesome, never disappoints; it is always a treat. Their appetizers are awesome, as is their meals. Your meal is served with homemade rolls with...Cinnamon butter... what an awesome, awesome compliment to a great meal. If you don't wanna go in for dine in, I call in advance, grab the food at the pick up window, so I don't even have to go inside. I really like this as sometimes I just wanna grab some food quick, on the run, on my way home; I don't do regular fast food takeout. I receive a text from them as soon as my food is ready, so if I arrive early, I just wait to get my text, then go to the window to pick up my food, and I am off. The food is just delicious, has always been cooked to perfection when I have had it. I highly, highly recommend TX Roadhouse! Service has also always been excellent!More

This was our first time at Texas De Brazil and it was outstanding. The restaurant was very nice inside, the service was excellent and the food was delicious. The salad bar was huge and a lot of selections, the meat was all great. The flank...steak was my favorite, and it was our wedding anniversary and they gave us a free dessert and it was outstanding. If you ever find your self near a Texas De Brazil I would highly recommend you go.More

What happened?!? This place use to be amazing. We made reservations a month in advance for a party of 14 on 8/12/22 for my grandmas birthday. I requested to sit downstairs due to my grandmas mobility issues and our request was accommodated. The hostess stand...was nice and sat us pretty quickly. Our waiter was horrible, he gave off the impression that we were bothering him for things as simple as drink orders. He barely came to check on us and improved a little at the end of our meal. The biggest disappointment was the meat service. Our family sat for 20 minutes with our “green” circles and literally no one came (not even our waiter). I saw Omar the manager and our waiter walk by eventually, so I stopped them and requested our table be added to the meat rotation. They barely looked at us and said “of course”, we sat for another 10 minutes before one server showed up with 4 pieces of meat on a stick (there were 14 of us). From that point on, it was rare that any meat rotated to our table. We asked multiple times but we were ignored. Our group was sat at 1pm, lunch ends at 2, so I would have expected at least some rotation of meats. It was seriously like pulling teeth to get them to come by our table and when they did, it seriously felt like they were rationing meat. At the end of our meal, I asked the waiter to bring my grandma the dessert tray so she could pick something and we could sing happy birthday. Again, shouldn’t have to ask, this should be a standard offering. When our check came, we were charged for the birthday dessert (fine, whatever). Our meal was $500 +, I paid the bill, left a tip because I could live with myself if I didn’t, and we left. Our family literally got home and ate because they were hungry after lunch. This was my grandma’s 80th birthday lunch with our family! She was disappointed, and we were disappointed! We have dined here MULTIPLE times with a big party and have never had an issue. My grandma specifically requested this restaurant because we’ve had such amazing experiences in the past, it broke my heart that I spent $500+ and she was disappointed, and our family left hungry. This was probably the worst dining experience we have ever had. We will not be dining here again.More

Haven't been to Texas de Brazil for a while but decided to do lunch there with my husband. Our own waiter was super friendly and good but I didn't think the servers with the meats were going around as often as I remember on other...occasions. Then when we requested we'll done meat it only came a couple times. The salad bar is always very good but for the meat, at least for lunch, I don't think we will be going back. There are less famous steak houses in the area that serve more variety meats and better to be honest and for better deals. Sorry Texas de Brazil.More

The service is always poor. We’ve visited here about 4 times in the last 6 months due to continuous gift cards from family. The establishment is beautiful and the food very nice but the service always kills the experience. We won’t be returning anytime soon.

Texas de Brazil is now just another gimmicky chain restaurant that has forgotten the customer experience as they chase the almighty profit margin. More low-end traveling carnival than restaurant. Every February or March for 25 years we have dined at this Texas de Brazil to...celebrate 6 birthdays of friends and family that occur during these months. I was a loyal customer, and in fact have dropped thousands there over the years, of both my company’s and personal money, including making it a destination for visiting family from Europe and two company Christmas parties for scores of people. February 19h was this years annual dinner and, because one member of our party got stuck behind a wreck and was 30 minutes late, we were told we could not be seated with a partial party. When they did arrive about 20 minutes late, we were told we had 60 minutes to eat. Very specifically 60 minutes, oddly enough. It was 7:15 and we were told we needed to be out at 8:15. Actually, we had 55 minutes by the time we were eventually seated and 50 minutes by the time the lead server asked about drink orders. The idea that a high-end restaurant would legitimately tell anyone they have an hour time limit on a party of seven is abhorrent. What a joke. We ended up spending more time driving to the restaurant than we were “allowed” to spend there. After we were seated and I saw a 10 person deep line on the salad bar, I effectively lost my appetite and elected not to eat, both on principle and because the concept of spending over 70 dollars to rush a meal down did not appeal to me at all. I was not going pay that much to eat like I was in the food court of a mall. The rest of the family and our friends did eat. We were all hungry and had been looking forward to an enjoyable dinner together all day. Notably, they all mentioned the salad bar, long a major staple and attraction for us, had really gone downhill. But that was just the beginning of the end of our patronage. While we typical spend about 2 hours dining here, the entire experience was rushed and chaotic. When I said I wasn’t eating, the person who told us to finish in an hour ( the manager) came over and shoved an unordered bowl of bisque in front of me and literally wouldn’t take it away until I came close to raising my voice about not wanting to eat anything. And it got worse. Following that encounter, which almost became a “scene” due to this guy’s tone deafness (which everyone at the table called “weird”, and surreal, we were under a barrage of about 1 server every 2 minutes, far more frequently than any previous visit. It was obvious someone had put a word in to interrupt us every minute and the “gauchos” almost constantly appeared with the skewers. If that wasn’t bad enough, it got even worse. We literally could not have a conversation of more than two sentences before another “gaucho” would announce themselves. As I said, I’ve been a patron for over 25 years and I’ve never seen this behavior. It was so noticeable I started watching other tables (hey, I wasn’t eating and certainly couldn’t carry on a conversation given the constant interruptions) . There were definitely about double the number of visits to our table compared to any other table over the remainder of the allowed minutes we were there (including those tables as large or larger than ours). And worse still, was being asked by the lead server if we wanted to order dessert “To go.” Whatever appeal this place had in the past, they have lost me as a future customer. I hope, since I will be actively sharing my disappointment and experience with anyone who asks, probably a few future customers as well. For somewhere where you are going to spend hundreds of dollars on a meal, this should no longer be your choice. It is a Texas de Disaster. Did I mention they had the entire second floor closed? Well, technically they were using it to seat people waiting for a table downstairs. One couple we spoke with were waiting an hour before we arrived and expected more than a 2 hour wait to be seated. Yes, they were still there when our allotted hour was up. I double checked. We were all showered and dressed appropriately. There’s no legitimate reason to treat a customer this way. Nowhere for this place to go but out of business. There were at least a few dozen more people waiting what apparently was a much longer than normal wait time to eat here. I overheard more than a few people laying into the same manager I mentioned above about the wait and the unreasonableness of having the upstairs seating closed to dining. (A typical gratuity at this place averages about $100 per table, so I would speculate it is not that hard to attract employees). Of course, they would have to pay the staff if they operated the entire restaurant at its designed capacity. Maybe it’s a calculated and optimized profit margin to impose time limits and keep an unusually long wait time. I don’t want an apology. You can’t fix a character flaw. And that’s what this restaurant has. Theres no legitimate apologies for something you don’t intent to change. I would like to see this place to go out of business and be replaced by a restaurant that adds value to Fort Worth. I personally witnessed the manager tell the regional manager what was going on and he didn’t even make eye contact with me after that. There are plenty of high end restaurants in Fort Worth with exceptional food, service and atmosphere. This place is no longer one of them.More

Sunday lunch (premium prices) wife has salad bar for lunch as she’s vegetarian but I order the main dishes. After 30 minutes I’m still waiting on sides and meats to come around. Excuse is because they were waiting for my wife to finish her salad...bar. (I made it clear at the start that the salad bar was her lunch) Get manager involved, he comes to table with my coffee order because waitress is nowhere to be seen and he arrives to see table of dirty dishes that haven’t been cleared. I’ve always found this place to be extremely overrated but came for lunch because of a gift card for Father’s Day. I can’t see us returning, just not that nice.More

Excellent place to eat and enjoy the wonderful meat. The wide variety of meat includes leg lamb, sirloin, picannia, among those others. I consider this place as one of the best of the best. I will come back for sure.

I've never been to the Sunday brunch. I believe the meats are pretty much the same, you do have to pay for deserts tho. It's a great place, you won't be disappointed.
