The prime ribeye steak was probably the best steak I have ever eaten, no exaggeration. It was tender and perfectly cooked and seasoned. Andy was an amazing waiter and described everything perfectly. My friend raved about the chopped salad and the chocolate cake. The only...thing I wasn’t blown away with the roasted carrot.More

I was in town for the major ACE Event. Here with my company, and the only thing I wanted from my trip was an amazing Texas steak. After reading rave reviews and hearing awesome things about Bob's from others at the convention, we decided to...try it out on our last night in town...a tribute to our Dallas trip, if you will. I started my meal with an amazing, expensive, very much wanted drink. It was delicious. Next, a ceasar salad... an amazing, authentic, enjoyable, salad. I ate that salad so quickly, I forgot to take a picture! Then, the main course. Disappointment. I had asked for my expensive steak to be cooked medium, which is not insulting to a steak house. Yet, they sent a barely rare steak to my table. I ate as much as I could because my server never came back to time table to check on us... that was, until it was time to give us the check. We paid, we tipped, we left... disappointed. Next time, for a good steak, maybe we'll try Texas Roadhouse.More

I have eaten here a lot before at different locations this was my second time to the Dallas location. I order the filet medium Oscar style it came out rare then he offered to take the steak off the plate and bring me a steak...back which I thought was tacky however when I went to eat the mash potatoes they were like warm so I asked him to take it all. So I sat there and made my husband go ahead and eat I didn’t want his to get cold then they bring mine out —- plain no Oscar style never offered to take it off my bill . A free dessert nothing - we spent $378 with tip. I also do t like how our waiter was such a salesperson like over the top. I am a sales person for me to say this it was bad . I will Never be back !More

I am a steak snob. I have only ever had one other steak as good as bobs. San Antonio has a restaurant where they play the PGA. That’s it. Key lime pie excellent. One of my fav places to eat.

I know to not expect anything terrific from a chain restaurant, but this was a terrible experience. The lamb was fatty and gristly. My husband’s steak was cold when it was brought to the table. Salad was okay. The highlight was a corn chowder with...jalapeños and pork belly rinds-absolutely delicious! The carrot cake was tasteless. Our service was nice, so the 2 stars. Will not make the mistake of dining there again..More

I was at a conference by myself and went to dinner at Bob’s. The steak was excellent—the best ever. The service provided by Jordan was excellent. It was a very nice dinner. The glazed carrot was a nice surprise!

My husband and I were in Dallas for a business conference and went to eat for dinner. We were able to secure a reservation for same day. It was really good. I got the prime filet and my husband got the prime ribeye. The steaks...didn’t disappoint, but the skillet potatoes are really good as a side. They serve you a small loaf of bread at the beginning of the meal and we had appetizers too, so we were so full. The bacon is a good appetizer, but I prefer the calamari. My husband is a huge bacon fan so he liked the bacon a lot. Service was good, our waters and tea didn’t even get to half empty before they were refilled. We denied dessert, but the waiter said that he wanted to send us home with dessert on the house. So really good service! We didn’t have the onion rings, but they looked so good as well!!! If we are in Dallas we will definitely come back!!!More

Yes, you’ll pay more here but the quality is first rate. The rib steak I had was cooked to perfection. This is coming from someone who claims to grill better steaks than the best steakhouses. This place seasoned my steak perfectly but also performed the...very challenging task of mastering a nice crust on the surface while maintaining a medium rare middle. My wife reported her filet was cooked similarly and was melt in the mouth good. My side was skillet fried potatoes - and I’m glad I asked for the onions and peppercorn sauce on the side to moderate its flavour intensity (plus it’s not the most pleasing looking topping judging by other photos.) The big old carrot was a unique addition but I didn’t have room in my stomach to eat it all. For apps, my wife had 3 jumbo shrimp in her jumbo shrimp cocktail as I went for, why the heck not?, the Thick-Cut Nueske Bacon - 2 thick slices of nice smoked salty bacon. So big I couldn’t eat all - so good. We shared a big giant round of crusty soft bread and butter, and for dessert, we shared delicious bread pudding. The service was outstanding, a tip of the hat to friendly waiter Xavier, and house manager Logan. A delightful dinner treat, not stuffy, and well worth the $260 we dropped to experience this.More

Our pre-dinner service at the bar was great. The “Dirty Bob” martini was excellent. Our server in the restaurant was Xavier. He was attentive and friendly. Our entrees were the 9 Oz Filet Mignon and 14 Oz New York Strip. My spouse’s filet was excellent...and perfectly prepared. My New York Strip was prepared as ordered (medium rare), however, was tough and had significant fibrous gristle and was difficult to cut/eat. I expected a better cut of steak given the price. I would try Bob’s again, but not the strip steak.More

Agreed with others: $25-90. If it is a large cut, they’ll accommodate you splitting it (they did for us). Do be prepared to pay for sides.

No dress code , you see some smart casual , and then some more business attire , I think a lot depends on the Omni , and if they are hosting a convention.
