In a place I visited I always consider the crew and the ambience. The place is so artistic decorated with antiquated items. Very impressive.

I was invited to have a dinner here with my mom's college bestfriends. We stayed at one of their rooms, which has a consumable of 3k for a minimum of 15 pax for 3 hrs and you can sing all you want too! The place was very clean, the food is really really good, the service was excellent. I stayed on the bar outside the room and talked with the bartender who is very approachable when i asked several questions about the place since its my first time. Hehe. Will definitely come back! xx

Stayed there last November 13 - 14. Had difficulty finding the place since we arrived in Legazpi around 7:30pm and got lost somehow. Place is beautiful and very reasonably priced.Staff were friendly and helpful. Got a lot of information from them on what to see in the vicinity. Food served in the hotel was quite good.
Really liked the ambiance and will stay here again the next time i go to Legazpi

Casa Lorenzo is an unexpected hotel in Albay that offers a feeling of spanish era atmosphere with their big colonial houses w/ capiz windows and wide staircases ala spanish mansion.a beautiful place to be in a limited space. unfortunately the hotel service did not compensate the beauty of the place, one there's no table in our room, no intercom or telephone, the shower heater did not work, the room service staff were courteous but not efficient. ok for free breakfast, new clean rooms, price is ok.

The staff are courteous and helpful. Food is great and fits our budget. They also have accomodations for travellers. Will definitely stay here when we go back to Legaspi.

Good value for money! We booked 2 rooms for our family of 6, both rooms were clean and had basic amenities including a pack of toiletries (water heater not working that time, but who needs it in summer?!)
Good food on the menu, too! Authentic Bicolano fare. Try the Pinangat!
Great location! 5 minutes from Cagsawa Ruins and 15 mins to Legazpi City. Entry to Lignon Hill is just a block away.
Finally, 5 star rating to Mr. Weng and his team! Everyone was friendly, polite and gave good suggestions for our itinerary!
Thanks to Casa Lorenzo Team!!

We came to Legazpi on the heel of typhoon Nina. The whole Bicolandia was suffering from total power outtage. We were stuck for 2 hours looking for a hotel and it was really getting dark. We're thinking of giving up, andas we were exiting the town we happened to pass by Casa Lorenzo. Tired and hungry, we just wanted to dine.
They were almost fully booked as well, but luckily through patient sorting out and a very good front desk person in Christine, we were able to get accommodated eventually.
Room was ample, their gen set held up for us all. Food was straight forward, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Thank you, for seeing us through until we left early the next day. Appreciate it much.

I wasn't sure if I was getting into a museum or a restaurant. I knew we would be eating somewhere. Once we got directed to this place, the colonial-like buildings were imposing. As I walked up the stairs, I noticed the wooden planks were wide, looked heavy and could only come from the best types of wood. The windows were made of capiz shells. At the lobby, huge wooden benches and tables were on display. As I went into the main restaurant, I marvelled at the numerous types of wooden farm implements of a bygone era. The huge chandeliers maden out of capiz shells illumined the whole place in such a way that was warm and welcoming. Unfortunately, we had been served various types of Bicolano cuisine in the previous places we went to. To come to such a magnificent place only to be served by almost the same kind of food we had already eaten was a letdown. But for the grandeur of the place, it's worth visiting.
