Came by here on the way back to pigeon forge from Smokey Mountains. Not much along the way which is maybe why they get away with charging $7.50 for a latte. I thought I was used to big city pricing, so this caught me off...guard. At least it was good! Given the high price I'd probably skip it next time, but it's a neat little shop and when you need your java there's not much else in this exact area and you're supporting a small local business. pros and cons!More

I went for an afternoon coffee, plus to use the restroom. The exterior and interior are well-decorated, and well-furnished with tables, chairs, and rockers. They offer a generous slate of beverages plus baked goods. The barista worked hard and conducted herself cheerfully and politely. Everything...looked very clean. They offer only 1 restroom, so I had to wait til someone exited it. I ordered an iced Americano and was shocked when it rang up over $7.00! I know commodity prices are going up, but this place is above my pay threshold. Tourists may pay $7 but I won't.More

Great coffee however the service was not amazing. Most places we have gone in the area have had amazing staff and customer service. The person at the front was very short with us.

Great small coffee shop with a lot of southern charm. Great coffee and great service. The snacks (muffin, cake pop, etc) that we tried were a little dry and not great but you don’t go there for that. Cute seating area as well as some...table top games to keep the kids preoccupied.More

We stopped in at the Heavenly Roast for some morning coffee and treats. The atmosphere has a ski lodge feel and is so cute! The workers were helpful and made our visit enjoyable. Highly recommend coming here whether you’re local or a visitor to the...Smokies!!More

Stopped to support a local, new to me coffee shop. I tried a med flavored mocha (can’t remember name). But it had 2 or 3 different flavors and a cinnamon roll. Mocha was great and I would go again!! I was driving back home eating...my cinnamon roll and forgot to take pictures but I did get one of the building as I left! As always don’t take my word for it try it yourself!!More

I have wanted to stop there for years and could not time it until today. Excited to stop. When I went in it was not a feeling of welcoming. The person that served me was rude and the coffee that I got was horrible. It...cost me over 15.00 for a specialty and a regular coffee. It was cold and had a bad taste. I won’t be back.More

We love going to the Heavenly Roast to get coffee when we are in the Smokies. The service is great and the coffee is top notch. Their bake goods are also delicious. You also can’t beat the view!

We took a road trip from Chicago - where there’s some good independently owned coffee shops - and ended up at The Heavenly Roast every morning for our entire stay to pick up coffee before our hikes in the Smokies. The Heavenly Roast had great...service, a really cool atmosphere and fantastic coffee. Loved the iced dark horse. Baked goods were delicious. The young woman there all four days was very friendly and helpful with coffee suggestions and recommendations on where we should hike. Wish we had a place like this close to home. Unfortunately all the big name places dominate even in Chicago.More
