We thoroughly enjoyed every part of our dinner – from seating to check everything was top notch. Service was wonderful and attentive. Pictures don’t do the atmosphere justice and each table in the mostly open-air dining room feel like their own private space. Plants and vines everywhere, it’s like eating in a lush garden. Zoubi has an extensive and well thought out wine list as well as season specific cocktails like the cinnamon old fashioned, which was fantastic. Focaccia with truffled sweet cream butter to get you going before deciding from the unique offerings. Baked Blue Point oysters were cooked perfectly to retain the liquor and brine. Grilled shrimp with anchovy butter had me licking my fingers (grilled shells on), though a nice bowl of warm water comes alongside the dish so you can wash up! My lamb shank was enormous, and the harissa & tomato ragout it was bathing in was outstanding. The star of the show however was the scallop noodle and braised beef with oyster mushrooms. The beef was delicious and whole dish works perfectly, but the noodles… I love new ideas (new to me anyway) and this scallop noodle was absolutely unreal. Raw scallops are pureed, then cooked via sous vide, chilled and sliced into noodles. Amazing.

First of all there were some negative reviews about the French owner. All I can say that these people should learn how to converse. The owner was as nice as anyone could be. Friendly, accommodating and a delight to speak with. He was very knowledgeable and interesting
The ambiance was incredible. Elegant and sophisticated with a European flair.
As far as the food was concerned it was beyond delightful. Although a limited menu everything we had was superb. The appetizer of pan fried octopus and the dinner of sesame crusted tuna along with the soba noodles was outrageous and to die from. My wife had the appetizer of collosal shrimp and dinner of halibut both of which ere cooked perfectly.
If you are in New Hope you MUST make a reservation at Zoubi. You will not be disappointed.

Just had a fabulous meal at Zoubi! First a shout out to Mark as our server and the manager who was gracious seating us and recommending a wonderful wine! The bread with truffle butter or sundried tomato oil was excellent. We had the jumbo shrimp as an appetizer. There were 3 but they were so big it was plenty. Husband had lamb chops which he said were some of the best he’s had. I had scallops which were fabulous. Very surprised at the size of portions for a French restaurant. One of the best restaurants in New Hope!! We’ll be back!!

Could not wait to eat at this place. Food was ok, and so were the drinks, but our waiter could care less about us...instead paying all the attention to the table of four. Drinks were left empty...did not even ask if we wanted another. Walked by us to the table of 4 15 time before he saw our plates empty. Because of this, didn't even want dessert. If you are going to charge these prices, table of 1, 2, 4, or 10 should all be treated the same.

We went for our 5 year anniversary dinner. We wanted a place we've never been and was incredibly different. Zoubi did not disappoint. Not only was it the most romantic atmosphere (secret garden feel) it had absolutely the best meal I've ever eaten, short rib and scallop noodles. The old fashioned is a must.
The prices are pretty high, but they are ABSOLUTELY worth it. I promise you.

Excellent meal. The atmosphere is amazing as well. Service impeccable. For apps we had the special which was Foie gras and the Caesar salad. Both were outstanding. Entrees weee the pork chop Special which my husband described as the “best ever “ , I had the shrimp and grips with octopus. Wow. It was a truly amazing dish and very large portions !
Such a unique place , will return anytime we visit New Hope again.

Took our daughter for her birthday. The ambiance was welcoming, the service was top notch and the food was delicious, from salad to dessert. The little birthday surprise at the end was fun. I would recommend this charming little restaurant. PS, brush up on your French.

Four of us had a great dining experience at Zoubi on a chilly Thursday evening. We had prime seats, we were treated very well, the food was great, excellent cocktails, and a very affordable and good wine list. A wonderful night!

We were so disappointed yesterday that they were not serving outside yet as that is why we chose this location on a beautiful night. Service was great but food way overpriced and not great in our opinion. $65 for a crab cake that looked lovely but disappointing. Barramundi was prepared lovely but overcooked and dry. Short ribs good but not sure why they ruined scallops that way. We did not care for the baked oysters either. Not going to be our special place this summer sadly.

So charming, magical, and yum! Such a special spot - esp on a gorgeous afternoon - the courtyard is just magic. Shared the scrumptious Caesar salad, grilled octopus app, and a super yum salmon carpaccio carbonara dish that was sooooooooo gooooood!! + Decent affordable wines, wonderful service 👌🏼💥just great!!

What an amazing dining experience! The food was outstanding, fresh, and inventive. A noodle made from Scallops and paired with Short Rib?!?! It's a must order!
We were treated to a cozy streetside table and graced with outstanding and friendly service from the Zoubi Team.
A 5 star time to kick off our tour of New Hope!

What a magical date night we had at Zoubi!
The outdoor garden is just gorgeous, perhaps the most beautiful in the area.
There is artistry and beauty in the details.
Mark, our server, was knowledgeable, attentive and friendly.
My aperol spritz may have been the best I ever had, and we just returned from Italy.
The food was good, fun and unique. We will return.

We came here based on the ratings on TripAdvisor and other sites. As newcomers to New Hope, We wanted to find a place to be our “go to” place.
We were greeted warmly by our server Jessica. She was very personable. We had cocktails to start: a BlackBerry Smash as well as an Old Fashioned. We enjoyed both of these drinks.
Our first course was the Tuna Poke. It was a lot of food. It was more than shareable. It was very tasty if not a bit too much heat.
We had heard so much about the short ribs and scallops as well as shrimp and grits with octopus. Unfortunately neither was offered on the menu. They are both still listed on the online menu however. Too bad as we would have liked to try both.
I had the swordfish. It came out lukewarm. It was just OK. My husband can grill a better swordfish fillet. The broth was good, but lukewarm.
My husband had the sea bass. He enjoyed the fish very much. His entree came out very warm.
Our biggest problem was with the service. It took 20 minutes to get a bottle of wine. We ordered one bottle but was told 15 minutes later that they didn’t actually have an entire bottle . We ordered our second choice wine.
Getting the check was another problem. Alex, who was wonderful, helped us get the wine and the check.

Went on 7/22. Never been here before. Wish I had. The food was outstanding!!! The wife had foie gras, (I'm not a liver guy) she said it the best she ever had! Good size also. I had the Zoubi Ceasar salad also excellent, had a hot pepper kick.!!! She had the shrimp grits and and octopus!!! Shrimp were huge and perfectly cooked. I had the pork Chop special with lentils and I think with a mashed potato base. Huge chop almost 2" thick. The best chop I ever had. Moist and not over cooked. Under $200 with 3 glasses of wine and 1 excellent Makers Mark old fashion. Very friendly staff and professional. They new what they were doing!!! Can not say enough about this place.!!!
