1. Terrible Atmosphere (loud, old rickety chairs & cold). 2. Terrible Service (teenagers with no work ethic or heart for serving/acknowledging customers). 3. Very low air quality/ventilation (eyes were burning and there was a smell of burnt coffee which lingers on your clothes & hair...well after you leave).More

High quality coffee, friendly service, and amazing ambiance inside. Not only do they sell to those who walk in the door, but they support the community such as local hospitals too! Easy to grab coffee on the run but many, including myself, love to sit...and sip for awhile. Inside, there are a variety of seating options to choose from. Outside, you can enjoy the front porch, a patio if you're looking to catch some sunshine, or the outdoor tent to retreat if it starts to rain. Highly recommend this sweet hidden gem in the heart of Linglestown.More

All pros. No cons! Stopped by today for the first time. Small but charming place. I had an iced latte which was very good. The coffee tasted very fresh as you would expect. I purchased a pound of antiqua coffee which smells divine and I...can't wait to make at home. I bought a bowl of the butternut squash soup to take home and it was excellent. Better than my homemade. Def recommend and will be back. Staff was friendly and helpful picking out my coffee.More

Nice place and atmosphere but food was nothing out of the ordinary. Waitress was quick to wait on us but after that you had to wait for additional coffee. The place was not that busy.

The Roaster is going while your order you coffee, it is extremely fresh coffee. I not only drank some there, I bought some to go with me so I can brew at home.

Cool, rustic style coffee house with a nice selection of treats and friendly staff, but very forgettable coffee.  It was really bold and full-bodied on the first day I tried it, but the next morning it was completely thin and watered down and they said...that’s just how it’s made, so I'm not sure of the quality control issues there. I'll stop back again when I'm in the area to visit a friend, to see if the coffee improves.More

This is a place you want to just settle in and stay a while. It's atmosphere is warm and inviting. My friend said the coffee is great and that is their specialty. They roast their own beans right in the midst of things. So if...you just want coffee, this is the place for you. My friend, who was in town for a visit, and I were looking for a light supper. They have a good selection for a tiny place - several panini choices, a few croissant sandwiches, two quiches and a soup of the day, which was a spicy vegetarian chili the evening we were there. They also have quite a selection of house made pastries. We both had the chili and loved it. My friend was hoping to get some sort of bread with it, but they really didn't have anything except little packs of crackers. I also got a chocolate muffin which was disappointing. It was pretty dry. The service was slow, so make sure you have enough time. I was also a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the dining room area - lots of dusty spots.More

I stopped here to get a cup of tea. The artic blast tea was delightful. It was soothing with a hint of mint and fruit. This is a great stop to make if you are near by.

Walking down the street in Linglestown, felt like grabbing a coffee. So, I stopped into St. Thomas’s. Great looking coffee house. Had the roaster next to the espresso making area/POS...showed me they are serious about quality coffee. Ordered a latte and the barista did great,...no shrieking milk and and she did not burn the milk, big thumbs up! I also got 1/2 pound of house blend ground coffee for my French press as I travel. Great coffee house!More
