This may sound crazy but they have the BEST water! I think that is why their food is so good. It makes a difference.

Had a breakfast there next to a nice grizzly mount. Sausage was good up to the point of the bill when I noticed 1 sausage patty was $4.40 yes folks just 1 and we both had 2. It was tasty yes but not $4.40 worth. Everything on the menu will cost you a kings ransom. Maybe they have different prices for out of towners, now I understand who pays for the hunting trips. Food is at best avg, will never go there again HORRIABLE PRICE GOUDGING!

My wife and I went for lunch, the atmosphere was friendly, the food was great and the staff was excellent. Most of the food is homemade. The only thing I would change is the size of the glasses for the drinks. They are also a cash only restuarant, but the food is good and cheap! I would recommend this to anybody that is in the area.

We always enjoy eating here. Great food, friendly service and very reasonable prices in a nice relaxed atmosphere. If you like liver & onions, it is the best around. Our favorite is the double stacked meatloaf.

Stopped for breakfast on our way home from visiting family. Large stuffed grizzly bear in glass case. Waitress was friendly. Biscuit and gravy was delicious, pieces of sausage and nice creamy texture. Breakfast special was eggs, fresh sausage patty (very good), hash browns and toast. Enjoyed. Non-smoking and cash only.

I had a good omelette and the coffee was also good. Be aware that this restaurant only accepts cash! No cards/atm.

Stopped while out on the bike. Service was fast and friendly. The turkey dinner was real turkey, and not lunch meat like some family style restaurants. We were stuffed from all the great food, but decided to share the coconut creme pie...we were not disappointed (and I am a pie snob). The waitress even sliced our pie into two piece, and gave us 2 plates. Definitely on the list of places that we would go to again.

It is a cute dinner. I was expecting a good homemade breakfast. A little hearty, a trucker style place with great eats. No. I could of stayed home and made the same kind of food. My french toast was what I would have made at home. The coffee was awful. I couldn't drink it. My companion had eggs, bacon and toast. It was just okay. I don't know if lunch and supper are better. I hope so because breakfast wasn't good.

This is a home cooked type of place. Nothing is premade and frozen. Fresh home fries, Ham and some great Blue Berry pancakes. Great service and wonderful ambiance.

Great hometown feel. Eat where the locals eat. Wife had hot turkey sandwich. I had ham loaf. Awesome deserts. I had the famous red cake. Only negative...all this home cooking. They have instant mashed potatoes.

Pet friends for breakfast at 7 a.m. on a weekday. Staff was awake and friendly and attentive. Never had to ask for a coffee or water refill. Food came timely and was very good. And the price is right. We will definitely be back! Hopefully soon!
