Whenever I have to come to Portland, I make a point of stopping here. The food is great and fresh. The service is top notch and I always leave VERY full.

I like this place very much. Its consistent and clean. Service is always prompt and friendly. Sometimes the broth is a little oily, but not often. I also love the fresh shrimp, vermicelli rice noodle salad. YUM!

I came here for dinner. I had been sick with a cold and wanted to sample the Pho. I also ordered an appetizer, the salad rolls with the shrimp and pork with peanut sauce. It was a good appetizer. The Pho was amazing. It had an excellent broth, thin slice beef, meatballs, tripe, brisket, and flank. It was the C-1 item on the menu. They serve many varieties of Pho, but the C-1 to me is perfect and perfect for when you have a cold. Service was good but non intrusive, and the atmosphere was peaceful. I highly recommend this place for Pho if you happen to be on Sandy Boulevard.

This was the first time we stepped into a Vietnamees restaurant. And it was good ! it's not great, fine dining, but very good food and delicious tastes makes your day great ! The Ramen noodle soup was huge and the extra vegtables and herbes were fantastic. the service was good. If you want an Asian expirience ?? Just step into this restaurant!

I have been there the times now. The food has been excellent every time. I eat lots of Vietnamese food all over town. I love it and this place is exceptional. Good food. Good service.

We found this restaurant on a whim! And was impressed from the get-go! Friendly staff with clean and comfortable interior to an extensive menu. Not sure what to expect, but the ginger chicken was excellent - seasoned but not overwhelming and fish soup was an experiment for us. Very unique and great flavor. Of course, portions were good sized and price was very reasonable. $20 for two for a large lunch. Will return!

Their broth is spot on!! Both the broth for the pho nam vang and hu tieu bowls were spot on, exactly the flavor and aroma that were precisely authentic. Even though the menu didn't list the clear glass noodles for hu tieu, I asked if I could have my hu tieu bowl with glass noodles instead of rice noodles (which is always my preference) and it was no problem. My kids split a plate of the com thit nuong and I added a fried egg on it for them. The grilled pork was delicious. Our food came out very quickly; the restaurant was clean, restroom was clean and waitress was lovely.

Stopped in for take out. One of our son's favorite places, The staff was very friendly and helpful - recommending a few different dishes than we were thinking about. Everything was excellent. Service was very quick.

I tend to focus on places my wife and I really like when making contributions to TripAdvisor, and this place is a very good example of the type of place about which I like to write. First, the husband and wife who run this place have both got to be in the running for the title of nicest person I've ever met, and the young women (and one young man) who work as servers at Pho Corner are also top contenders for this title. Second, every food item we have ever ordered there has been very good. Some specific food items that we have ordered and can recommend are S5 (Goi Tom Thit - Shrimp and Pork Salad), S7 (Banh Xeo - Vietnamese Crispy Crepe), E5 (Bun Thit Nuong - Vermicelli Noodles with Grilled Pork and Vegetables), C6 (Pho Tai - Beef Noodle Soup with Top Round Steak), C17 (Pho Ga - Chicken Noodle Soup), and B26 (Canh Chua Ca hay Tom - Fish or Shrimp Sour Soup). Third, the prices are, in my opinion, quite reasonable. Finally, the restaurant is housed in a very pleasant space, the restrooms are very clean, and the parking is ample. Give this place a try; I don't think you'll be disappointed.

We have eaten several times a Pho Corner in Portland. My subject line says it all. They have a full assortment of genuine Vietnamese style Pho (including, if you are so inclined, tendon, tripe, and meat balls), bun and rice dishes. The interior is generic NW Vietnamese style, clean and cheery. The staff are friendly and efficient. As far as Pho, their broth is excellent, and all the veggies very fresh. I like the special combination Pho, which has round steak, flank, lean brisket, tendon and tripe. Their spring rolls are good as are their egg rolls. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff served a great bowl of Pho! Tofu summer rolls and peanut sauce were tasty too, we will be back. This will be a new favorite when in the area.

I used to enjoy going to Tosis, a Greek American place on the corner of 61st and Sandy. When the owners wanted to retire they sold the restaurant and I was less than pleased that it became "just another" Vietnamese restaurant in what has turned into almost a Pho ghetto along Sandy Blvd NE. Well, I finally ventured back and discovered that Pho Corner is not just your mama's pho place. It is a very friendly restaurant, buzzing with customers (a LOT of SE Asian families there on a Sunday afternoon) with plenty of choices (not just pho) of Vietnamese food that is fresh and lively and modestly priced. It won't cure my on-going craving for Greek meatballs, moussaka or baklava, but I know I will be back.

There are lots of pho restaurants in Portland. My husband and I were taking my 7-yr-old granddaughter out for a Vietnamese dinner on January 1, and we discovered that her favorite restaurant was closed. We found Pho Corner not far away, where my granddaughter and husband ordered beef pho. They both agreed that the pho soups (E6 and E9) were delicious, almost as good as what each had had at their favorite restaurants. I did not care from my tofu and noodles - mainly because the noodles were cool and there weren't many vegetables. But we will definitely return to this restaurant, and I will order a different vegetarian entree.

The staff here is the best part; they are so welcoming and friendly! There are lots and lots of menu items to choose from in the traditional/standard range of Pho. I found the food to be really good and the place was impressively clean. My only disappointment was that they do not serve alcoholic drinks; they said they are still in the process of getting their license, so that will add to the experience. I recommend, if you are not in the mood for an adult beverage, to try this place out; with so many pho places in the area, it's hard to choose one. out of all the ones I've been to, this one is my second favorite.
