Had lunch here Sunday. Had fish and chips and 2 burgers. Server was very good, her name was Andrea. All food was good, server took care of us. Give this place some business before it closes. Fish was perfect and really good tartar sauce. Were...eating fries till we passed out! They sanitized everything.More

The appetizers and burgers here are pretty good. The one thing that bothers me is the “bottomless fries”. Most of the time you would like more fries and every time the waiter or waitress says they have to make some more. By the time you...get them your ready to leave. Also I belong to the rewards program and it always seems that I need to by one more appetizer to get a free one. For a burger and bottomless fries they are pricy!More

We went for an early dinner. The table for the 9 of us was by a horrible sewer type smell near the bar. We had only 2 menus, the forks were just on a tray with napkins on the table without enough for everyone, and...no salt or pepper. I actually got our napkins, salt and forks. The waitress never refilled our water. I had ordered onion straws but they came out ice cold so I switched to fries. The restaurant itself was very dirty, again the smell was horrible. We had several gift cards and they would not use them because of some glitches in their system ???? NO GIFT CARDS!! Seriously if we were smart we would have left. I think I will look into cashing in my cards the future doesn’t look good for the restaurant.More

Service poor, food and atmosphere good. I was alone and agreed to take a hightop in the bar. After I was seated, a couple came in and sat at the bar. My drink order was taken after 10 minutes then the server went and took...the couples order. 10 minutes my drink (a beer) arrived and I placed my food order. It was 25 minutes until my food arrived but the wholt time the workers came to the bar and whined about their schedules, trashed their customers, discussed their boyfriends, etc. My server was invisible during most of this. At one point someone that appeared to be a manager came over and tried to fix a drama between 6 or 7 of the workers. Very unprofessional, especially since nobody was getting served. 15 minutes after I finished my meal, the server finially came over and showed me the gizmo used to pay the bill. This place has potential to be very good, but if the service remains the same, I suspect the place will failMore

The restaurant was not busy, the service although initially cordial was distant and confused. The server forgot one of the meals ordered completely. The fries on another meal were cold. The bread accompanying the meal was burned. Not a good night for Red Robin.

We Come from Georgia once a year to get my Red Robin fix! We usually go to Avon and decided to go to this store because it was close to our hotel! Time we walked in the door we knew we made a mistake, hostess...was not even trying to seat people! There were many open tables! There were 5 in our party And we waited forever before we saw a server! Ordered cocktails that took forever and placed our food order! We finally got our food and it was just ok! I ordered salad instead of fries and never got a salad! The. Bottom less fries never happened for the others! He offered more fries when he brought the check! Hoping Red Robin would come to Savannah Ga...not so sure now!!More

Stopped in for lunch with a co-worker. We were seated after a short wait (there was no one to seat us) and our waitress showed up shortly thereafter. My co-worker uses the gluten-free menu that was according to him, not the best app (it was...on a small tablet). I ordered a chicken nugget salad with poppy see dressing and my co-worker ordered a cheeseburger with a gluten free bun. My salad was quite good! I asked for a bit more dressing and the waitress brought it right out. My co-workers burger was ok...nothing special. All in all a decent place for lunch , in/out in a decent amount of time.More

Towards the end of a reunion trip into northeastern Ohio with my brothers, I gathered up my one brother who was available and we went over to Red Robin, which is right on/off Great Northern Boulevard. I'd been to Red Robin one other time previously,...over in central Maryland, and had a very good experience. Red Robin is primarily known for it's pretty extensive burger menu selections, but they also do respectable salads, appetizers, and other smaller scale entrees. We arrived early on a Friday evening and while the restaurant was already pretty busy, we were immediately seated at a high top table, near the bar. We were approached promptly by our server (Brittany), who was also covering the guests at the bar. We got drink orders placed and my brother opted for a special priced Stella Artois, and I had water. We reviewed the menus for only a couple of minutes when our drinks arrived, but we told Brittany we needed a couple more minutes to decide. That may have been the wrong choice of wording to use, because while we made a decision in less than five minutes, we never saw Brittany for at least another 15 minutes. In all truth, we saw Brittany at least a half dozen times, but never could seem to get her to head over our way. Finally Brittany did swing by and we placed our orders, a fish and shrimp and chips for me and a Ghost Burger for my brother. Our orders seemed to appear in almost no time, brought to the table by other service staff. My brother's burger looked good and despite the Ghost (Chili) label, wasn't as spicy as we had speculated it might be. My fish and chips and shrimp were all good. The chips were a little limp, but a second (all you can eat) refill of the chips were much better on the second round. Somewhere in there, my brother had ordered another beer but opted to move down to the smaller size offering, although when the beer arrived, based on just a visual comparison of the size of the first and second glasses, we both speculated that the second glass appeared to be maybe a half-ounce smaller than the first "big" beer, by total volume - although we didn't attempt any cross pour into the old glass to confirm this. As we mostly finished up eating, we had another experience where we couldn't seem to see or catch Brittany's attention for the longest time. Finally Brittany swung by with the check. After glancing at the check, we noted that neither of my brother's beers had gotten on to the check. We debated whether this omission had been a mistake or perhaps a gesture by Brittany to make up for her twice disappearing act - but we finally decided it must have been the latter. Red Robin is a nice location to visit for a casual meal and to maybe have a beer (or two) - and if your server is Brittany and the place is really "hopping", those beers may turn out to be on-the-house.More
