"The Pot Roast dinner is worth the drive"

After watching the parade go thru town, we decided to have dinner in town too. We were quickly seated when we entered. We both ordered the pot roast (excellent). Friendly staff. Clean. Plenty of parking. Looking forward to going back.

Good place to eat for a good selection of food, quick and cozy place, desserts are good. Has a cute store next door to it, and a salon next door. Ample parking and photo worthy huge cow in parking lot. Will return.

can i have steak in my steak salad

horrible ive been a long time customer and have loved it every time but today my wife brought 2 steak salads home and its pathetic 2 pieces a steak in the salad and there not cheap not much on fries either i dont care about them but this is bad

Great lunch place

Had lunch with another couple and it was very good. The service was excellent and our meals came fairly quick. I had the mushroom Swiss burger and I enjoyed every bite. Others had the fish and they said it was also excellent.

This is a great lunch spot!

"When there is a giant cow in front....you know it's gonna be good"

We don't get to this part of the state often but when we do, we stop at Grinders. Lulu had the croissant chicken-salad (excellent). I went with the Eastern style hoagie (excellent). The onion rings are outstanding. Quality food and the place is spotless. Parking can be tricky, the parking lot is always full. The giant cow in front adds charm to the place.

What happened to the root beer floats?

We've been going to Grinders for over 20 years. The food is always good, and my husband always gets a root beer float. It's been 3 scoops of ice cream plus either a bottle of IBC root beer or a glass of fountain soda, which was refilled. Today he got a tiny mug with 1 scoop of ice cream and maybe half a bottle's worth of root beer. The price was still $3.50. When he asked about it, he was told that nothing had changed regarding the size. I call bs on that! Don't rip off your loyal customers like that.

Great quality comfort food at very reasonable prices. Great Service with a very pleasant, clean and nicely decorated seating area. Save room for one of there wonderful dessert choices!!! You won't leave hungry or be disappointed.

Best in town

We live just outside of town, so we frequent it 3-4 times a month. While everyone is most helpful, Patti is a gem. She remembers your name and what you order, except when you change it up! LOL Food is always great. Their daily soups are fantastic!

Good eating in a small town

This is local for me so I go there a lot. Food is comparable to Red Robins / TGI Fridays without the long wait. Good place to eat if you are passing though . No one beats there signature cooked sandwiches
