I judge a camera pub by their selection of fruit beets and fruit beers alone. The Bailey head has always had a wide variety on offer, and I have never been bored of the drinks on offer.

If you are in need of either, then stop here. Camra regional winner with good selection of beer, and simple but quality locally produced food.

Came in for late afternoon drink and shared a ploughman’s lunch- staff were really friendly and incredibly helpful accommodating the needs of our small people (both under 5). Great selection of beers & gin, and simple good quality food. 13/10 Would recommend!

A really great place for lunch with a good sized ploughman and choice of cheese. But perhaps charge £2 more a dish and update the decor?

Yes very! Grace here (Landlady). Dogs are always welcome and a water bowl and dig chew are always on hand! We have several doggy regulars and we are always delighted to meet a new four legged friend.
