I had a sausage & egg breakfast sandwich and large coffee, with tax & tip the total was $13.00. (double of what it would be at McDonalds - but that's OK) I asked for a cup of water, she charged me $. 25 cents. In...all my years I've never been charged for a cup of tap water. I'm not worried about the quarter $0.25 - IT'S THE ATTITUDE! By the way they have cups and a water pitcher inside for free! It was my very 1st visit ever and it started out bad but ended great.. I ordered through the app but when I went to pick up our drinks and food they were out of all the food.. paying on the app it already charged...my card and could not get a refund in the store; however, they did ask if I want to replace with other food items I didn't but then they offered a drink which I took and put in my freezer for the next day. They directed me to corporate for a refund on the food items. I went to the app and sent an email review.. I was surprised how quickly they responded and corrected my complaint.. within minutes! Most companies it takes many hours or days but they were quick to help me out and added funds to my mobile app that more than made up for the missing food items in addition to the free drink too so I am very happy with the outcome and the flavor of the drinks and foods (the ones I've tried so far anyway) have all been good!More

I have gone to the drive thru twice when I was short on time. Both times I got coffee and sandwiches. The coffee was great and for some reason stayed hotter in the cup a lot longer than usual. It was great! The sandwiches are...awesome. I had the bacon cheese sandwich with peppers the first trip and it was so good that the next time I went I had that again.More
I had a completely ordinary mocha and a very dry muffin- as a matter of fact, I didn’t finish either of them- I won’t go back, there are a lot of choices in bismarck; the restaurant was really cool and would be a great place...to hang out if their coffee was any good, and the muffins didn’t come from the grocery store the night before- the staff was friendly and helpful, but they can’t make up for the fareMore
Do not live in Bismarck, but always make it point to stop and pick up something for the road. Over the last few months have noticed that something as changed. Today my wife and I were in Bis for appts and decided to pit stop...at DunnBros once again. I thought to ask if the business had changed hands and was informed that it had. I noted that the coffee is not as bold as it once was. I suspect the new owners are not as vigilant as was the young lady whom I presume was the original owner and/or operator of the business. I suspect we will not be stopping again. Too bad.More
It's a great place to get some awesome coffee, lots of choices, and the staff is wonderful. Always friendly and make the experience a great one. I LOVE it.
This is one of my favorite coffee shops in Bismarck. Recently it was sold by the initial owner. Since then I have noticed several instances where service has slipped. In particular on Sunday mornings. This morning, the young lad manning the till decided it was...more important to go visit with a coworker than take orders. Why would you leave a customer waiting at the counter for five minutes? I had to ask another of the staff to take my order. Also, I was disappointed in the coffee. It was lukewarm, not hot like you normally have it. Please address these complaints, I hate to see this place regress. 😧More
I love the sandwiches at Dunn Brothers, they are amazing and worth the price. But, my biggest complaint is the customer service, why should you be expected to tip them? I tipped them one time and haven't since because if they don't see a tip...on the receipt you basically are treated terrible, they don't say thank you and they throw your food at you. I don't tip other restaurants I go to for a quick meal. Their customer service hurts my opinion of their restaurant and I make sure to tell others about their poor service.More
This location was new, nicely decorated, clean and had great service. They have food on the menu, too. There is a private room along with plenty of seating.
I like how Dunn Bros is set up for dining. They have good breakfast sandwiches and of course good coffee. The atmosphere is cool, including the outside seating area. Nice place to meet friends.
I like that there are many ways you can enjoy this coffee shop. I've been here with my toddler for a snack, to pick up a quick lunch during work, and to have a phone conference for the board I'm on. You can reserve the...meeting room for free and it's relatively quiet in there but small. I love the breakfast biscuit sandwich! Seems like they try offer high quality coffee as well. The mobile app and rewards program is nice, too.More
Needs a quick bite for our lunch break and decided to stop in. Good atmosphere, they had a handful of yummy sandwiches and soup to pick from. I got the veggie wrap - it was big and delicious. Also enjoyed a Chai which was very...good. I would definitely come back.More
They have the best medium roast in town and the cinnamon twists are wonderful. The proprietor is very friendly and it shows up in the way the staff treats the customers. This is one of my favorite places to go.
Dunn Bros Coffee seems to be a chain, but this location is clean, large, with a private meeting room, nice restrooms, big tables, good coffee, good breakfast sandwiches and very good pastries
