Never miss Panulce whenever you are in Roxas and try their Biscotini! It's their version of the Biscocho of Iloilo. Round, crunchy, buttery sweet biscocho. Best paired with coffee.
They have a physical store in downtown Roxas City but I went to their kiosk in Robinson's Pueblo branch, just across Hotel Veronica.

A popular cake store in the city famous for their brownies and butterscotch. Cool place and great stop over for pasalubong / gifts.
Brownies and yema are good buy. Pulvoron meets Pinoy taste for margarine.
Difficult to park since its on a one way street, with limited parking.

We passed by at this place and decided to buy biscottini, butterscotch and brownies. Its expensive but taste good. They also have various cakes and pastries but
sold as whole and no slices. Good for pasalubong.

Tasted some of their products during one of the parties I attended while in Roxas City. Life-changing! Wasted no time to find the shop for pasalubongs. No hypes, only real excellent delicious food products especially "The Biscottini" and "The Caramel Cake". These products I wanna see getting passed on from generation to generation. No Roxas City visit without a Panulce visit!

Biscottini the best pasalubong you can bring when you leave Roxas City. You can also buy all kinds of cakes and you can even designed your own. Owner of this shop was so accommodating and friendly. Come & visit this place.

I finally got to drop by this quaint bakeshop. My friend always gets me butterscotch when he goes to Roxas and its better than the bacolod ones. In the store I saw that they have more product offerings (most un-named!).
Make sure you drop by here when you are in Roxas!
