The service was excellent. The spinach artichoke appetizee was the best I have ever had. My husband had the lasagna and I have chicken parm. It was fantastic and nice large portion. Would come back in a heart beat.

NOT the best Maggianos. Actually the worse. Was cruddy. The s&p shakers cruddy. Wood trim was greasy. Bruschetta was bought bread crisps but the tomato topping was good. Lasagna was Luke warm along with my chicken. Our expressos were cold. Our server, forgot her name....It began with an “a”. She was black had great eyelashes and was pretty. She was a delight. Keep her, fix the cold food.More

This was our first visit to a Maggiano's and we left quite disappointed. As retirees, we went in for an early meal (4:00pm) and had a good first impression of the facility. We were introduced to our very pleasant waiter. He took our beverage order...(2 seltzers with lime) and brought the wine list. These were brought promptly. We ordered their top Merlot, and found it to be excellent. The waiter's handling of the bottle opening and pouring were spot on. For a starter, we ordered the calamari fritté. It was properly deep fried, but the taste was rather bland, even with a nice red sauce. For the meal, one order was chicken parm and the other was chicken and spinach manicotti. The chicken parm was served on spaghetti rather the the traditional angel hair pasta. The large portion of chicken, was pleasant to see, but was over cooked and dry. The red sauce was good. The manicotti looked like a soup dish, given the excessive amount of sauce. There were no distinct rolls only collapsed bits of pasta. The dish was served cold. Tasting revealed that it had been overcooked and very burnt on the bottom. We assumed that excessive amount of sauce was to cover the burnt offering. When this was pointed out to the waiter, he asked a manager to stop at the table. When the issue with the manicotti was politely described to him, he said they were crepes and should look like that. He was very abrupt and dismissed the complaint. We chose not to continue the discussion and he left the table mumbling about this. We did not mention the dry chicken parm. One of the poorest managerial performances I have ever witnessed. The waiter did remove the cost of the manicotti from the bill. I would hire him in a minute, but never this manager. We will not return to this location of this chain restaurant, and maybe not to any other location.More

Ordered the five cold pasta. Entrees were not labeled, but I figured it out. Arrived at curbside 1, called to let them know, was told to back out and come to the door instead. Went to the front door, called and was told to go...to the side door. Mind you curbside 1 is only 10 steps or less from the takeout door. Parked at the takeout door, holding up traffic before my order came out. Don't tip until service or you will regret it.More

We have been here several times but this was first time for ordering delivery. Food is always excellent for a chain. We even have been here for Thanksgiving Lunch.

Anybody can boil spaghetti, but it takes a good Italian bistro to do it well. This Maggiano's hit it out of the park (can you tell I miss baseball too?) They'll give you the basics, the classics, meat sauce and chicken parm, but they'll do...it good. Go here you'll love it. To be clear, we ordered curbside take-away, plenty of room for errors. No errors, the meal was wonderful.More

With Mother's Day on the heels of NC's virus Shelter Orders, we decided to test the carryout dinners of one of our fav. restaurants. We weren't disappointed: Our order was ready as scheduled, plentiful (in contrast to some saying portions might be cut back), and...absolutely delicious. Our food was appropriately packaged and delivered with a smile by a fine young lady to outside of the restaurant. In short, one of our favs. remains so, even during these unusual times. We gave our 3-course dinners a 9.5 (on a 10-pt. scale).More

Had the Lasagne my wife had the Chicken Masala. Lasagne was a plate of over cooked noodles (mush) high salt as well. Chicken Marsala was over cooked and no taste of Marsala wine (Tasteless) The salads and appertizers were good. I should of ordered more...appetizers and skipped the main course. The dessert was good coffee was cold. Try the Olive garden or Carraba's Better menu selections at half the price and much better tasting main coursesMore

As we love Italian food (specially trattorias) we visited the restaurant looking to eat classic pasta and we found an excellent response. We ordered the Meal for Two option that included one starter, two classic pasta dishes, one dessert and two more pasta dishes to...take home for $40.0 USD. This is pretty effective if your compare the price of each individual dish. What we liked the most was the service, it was outstanding. The waiter took the time to explain the menu and recommend some options based on our comments. Also, during the lunch he visited us frequently making sure we had everything we need and he was always courteous.More

The food is fine. This is a chain restaurant so don’t expect out of this world Italian but they do preserve quality and it does taste handmade. Pricing is a little high but that’s not why I’ve given this a subpar rating. Service was just...not up to par. At the beginning of our meal we clearly indicated we had a show to make and even repeated this later. She disappeared for extended amounts of time, specifically when we needed our check. It took her nearly 30 minutes to return, only after we had sought out the manager who also seemed to take his time with our check. We were indeed late for our show without much of an apology. I doubt I’ll be returning.More
