My family and I were celebrating a delayed Mother’s Day, 3 birthdays and 2 graduation and decided to have dinner at Parizade to continue our celebration. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a smile and professionalism. We had reservations so we were seated quickly. Our...server, Christopher (Chris), helped to make our celebration delightful. He was attentive to our needs and had a wonderful sense of humor. We enjoyed him. Parizade has a great scenic atmosphere and ambiance, and the food was fantastic! Everything was flavorful and cooked just right. We had a great visit.More

We really enjoyed our dinner at this restaurant. The quality was great and the atmosphere is really nice. It is a little pricey but we enjoyed everything we ate. I had the swordfish and my husband had the pork chop. The tiramisu for dessert was...over the top delicious.More

We recently had a wonderful family dinner for our grandson’s high school graduation. Our waiter was so sweet and attentive. The restaurant is so beautiful inside- it reminded me of a 1950’s dinner club. The food was amazing. We will be back on our next...visit to Durham.More

While the ambience was nice, that was the high point of our experience. The "lobster" sweet potato bisque did not actually consist of any lobster. It also exceeded the USDA daily recommendation for sodium consumption. The waiter seemed disinterested from the start. The entrees were..."meh" at best. Quite bland from the lamb shank to the seafood linguine. Far too overpriced for such a mediocre meal and service. Will not be back.More

We have been "responsibly" eating out during the COVID-19 period and have often wondered "has the service industry forgotten what great service is?" We visited Parizade this weekend and had the best experience in a long time! The staff sat us in the new courtyard,...which is a great use of outdoor space; live music by two very young musicians was very pleasant; service was perfect; and the food was exceptional! Well done Igor and team!More

If you love SALT, this is the restaurant for you. Nice atmosphere, but did I mention SALT? Everything was too salty. If you have any medical concerns. I urge you to avoid this place, unless, of course you love SALT!

This was our second visit at Parizade and this time they hit on all cylinders. We had a pretty bad service experience the first time two months ago when we had dinner here. This visit was for lunch and we were delighted. The service was...fabulous and our meal choices extremely good. We couldn't have been happier. The decor is chic and there is just a nice vibe here. Give it a try if you enjoy Mediterranean style cuisine.More

We've been to Parizade a few times in past years and always enjoyed the Mediterranean menu and cool interior vibe. This weekend, it looked like they had added extra rows of tables (maybe to capitalize on Valentine's Day weekend?) but being placed at a small...table, directly in the main aisle and seated closer to the people next to us than to each other completely ruined the evening. People kept bumping in to us (at one point the tablecloth on our table was nearly pulled off, and at another, my wine glass was nearly knocked out of my hand.) It was very uncomfortable and made it truly hard to relax-- I could scarcely pick up my fork without worrying I was about to bump into someone. Food was okay but not memorable-- caesar salad with actual anchovies, a nicely grilled salmon, and a reasonable but kind of greasy lemon veggie pasta. I think this overcrowding also contributed to very slow service. Our waiter was wonderful and kept us updated and kept the breadbasket full, but there was about a 20 minute wait just to get our 1st course. The restaurant may take in extra money by adding in all those extra tables, but they have pretty much lost a customer. I might try again on something that's not a Saturday night.More

We made reservations for Friday night and were seated promptly. The place is fairly large, nice atmosphere. good menu and wine list. The food was reasonably priced. We went on restaurant week and took advantage of 3 courses for $35. We had appetizers of a...beet salad with goat cheese and a shaved kale and brussel sprout ceaser salad. Both were very tasty. Our entrees were a stuffed chicken with goat cheese, roasted vegetables and a grilled salmon with saffron lentils. We really enjoyed them, well done and nice portions. Deserts were also very nice a chocalte torte and a lemon cake. Delicious. A very nice dinner.More

My wife and I decided to return to Parizade for lunch. It had been a while since I went. I will just say happened and let you be the judge. This review is more for management. Becausr it was rainingI dropped my wife off and...went to park. When I got back to the front door, I noticed the entrance was trashy. There were leaves and trash ymup to the entrance as if no one had cleaned today. When I walked in I was 'greeted' by a hostess that was on her cell phone and when I asked where my wife had just been seated she pointed in a general direction to her table and went right back to her cell phone. You judge that for yourself The server was great. Tge service here has always been top notch. We ordered and my dish was very salty, but to the servers credit she immediately asked if she could take it back. They corrected the problem very promptly. My wife had a salad with chicken. The chicken was dry and appeared to be old. Because I had already sent mine back, she did not mention the chicken. I am sure they would have corrected that immediately as well. When you pay top dollar you expect top quality food. The server took good care of us and that is why there is a 3 star rating. The Banana Napoleon was great for dessert. I hope that the management does nor lose sight of the details. I am not sure how soon I will return, if ever.More
