We were visiting the Raleigh-Durham area from New York for retirement relocation. We have had some bad experiences on this visit to the area due to Pandemic staffing issues. We actually dined here twice during our trip. The first was out on their enclosed patio...and the second was in an upper level booth. Both trips were great! The first meal we split a small Spinach salad and a Brisket entree. Being seniors we do this from time to time and the waiter was accommodating by bringing us extra plates to share with. The items were so great that on our second trip (also sharing) we got the large spinach salad and Crab Cakes entree. Again, we really enjoyed the food and the service. They have a good wine by the glass selection which we took advantage of. We would highly recommend trying this establishment.More

We stopped in to grab a quick lunch before a baseball game. The lunch menu did not offer a wide variety of items. The food was just okay. We really liked the buffalo chicken bites. The service was very slow. We were one of two...tables and 1 person at the bar and we waited a long time to place our order.More

We had chicken sandwich here and it was awesome with spicy sauce. Only I didn’t like was their customer service.

We were here with a group from work. The service was excellent and the food very good. Many dishes had a southern feel to them (grits, collard greens, etc.). We had hush puppies, which were very good. I had the scallops, which were grilled just...right on top of rice.More

Page Road Grill offers outstanding food at a reasonable price. Someone in our party was a vegan and PRG has menu items to accommodate. Our server Tyler was excellent.

I plan a lot of events for my clients where I need to have a private room. I booked there private room for an upcoming event and went by today to check it out first. I took a look at the smaller room that we...have booked. It’s perfect! They have a mounted big screen that we are able to use for a presentation. While I was there I had lunch. I ordered the grilled pimento cheese sandwich. It has pimento cheese, collards and a fried green tomato - everything that a true southern girl likes! I am admittedly a pimento cheese snob as my mother makes the best ever, however, this was spot on. It also came with homemade chips...yummy! I can’t wait to have my event there. I know my clients will be delighted.More

Stopped in for lunch after an eye procedure nearby and got the shrimp and grits. If you are a big mushroom fan, you will like this dish, as there were lots of mushrooms in the sauce. Sauce was good, shrimp were cooked nicely, but there...were no grits, it is a "grits cake" that is very dry. If not for the sauce, I dont think I could have eaten any of it. Much prefer the traditional shrimp with real grits and no mushrooms. Note: The prices listed here under menu are not correct. It was an expensive lunch with just the plate of mushrooms, no salad, no bread, nothing. For the expense of the dish, at least give us a piece of bread! A much nicer place than I expected...a "grill" is usually pretty casual, but this is a place that would be good for business lunches, a date, or any kind of formal gathering. Left a little hungry still with a bill totaling more than I usually pay for dinner. I will not return unless with a group and will not order the shrimp and grits.More

A very elegant place with menu items cooked to perfection by a gourmet chef. The interior was modern décor to resemble industrial setting. The food was excellent. Crab cakes and pork chops were my favorites.
