Tasty food from a local pizzeria

This is a local town pizza place. The food is good but the service is a little slow. The wood fired pizza was tasty. If you are like others that do not like being charged extra to use your credit cards this is not the place for you. They charge 3.9% convenience charge but if you eat in the dining room your unaware of this until the bill comes.

Wonderful restaurant with really good food,prepared to order. Maria, the owner was helpful and obliging to make a dish to suit you.. Nice atmosphere in dining room with lovely green tablecloths. Nice pizza style bread basket The only thing I could recommend would be to add a complimentary small basic salad with each entree. We are looking forward to dine there again.

Water was a must during and after dining

I was a fan of Bella Gusto, and had not been in since the change of ownership. The restaurant was still welcoming and pretty, but the food is mediocre. Our first waitress was not all that attentive, but as long as you're not left waiting for a long stretch of time, it was fine. The Italian wedding soup was extremely salty, so we added (a lot of) pepper to balance it. Chicken parmagiana was not bad, but it was cut in pieces, something I have never seen before. I prefer the cutlet to be whole because the cut pieces were also lacking in cheese. My boyfriend also requested that the meal be served on hot plates, but I think the request fell on deaf ears. The waitress said she would take care of it, but food arrived on cold plates. We were not asked our choice of pasta or if we preferred to substitute a vegetable, so the meal was served with rigatoni and marinara sauce. The sauce, too, was extremely salty and pepper did little to balance it. I've never known marinara to be salty, but this one was. I was only having water with my meal, and the waitress was slow to refill. I was left so thirsty by the salt and just couldn't get enough water. Based on reviews, I would try the pizza another time, but I think anyone expecting the Bella Gusto experience will be disappointed.

Food fit for a discerning gourmet.

What an excellent choice for lunch if you have time to sit and enjoy fresh, authentic Italian cuisine. The pizzeria is great for quick and tasty takeout, but the restaurant offers fine daytime dining. We'll make sure to check out the dinner menu when the next opportunity arises.

Never answer the phone ... not possible to order for pies / catering for later pickup... Had 20 people here for college football championship game ... won't be bothering for NFL Playoffs.

The best wood fired pizza I have ever had! They have 6 different choices. I had the plain one, the arugula and the mushroom. All outstanding.

Food is great HATE THE WAIT!!!!

Like I say the food is great. But seriously if you are gonna tell someone 1/2 hr wait to get your order it should be 1/2 hr not a hour. This is 3rd time Pazzo. The only thing keeping me coming back for more is the taste. If you tell me it’s gonna be a hour I’m fine with that If it happens again I’m gone don’t wanna go but feel I’m being pushed out. It’s not just me 3 other pizza places within a mile

Excellent Italian Dinner

Pazzo is easy to miss in a strip mall on the North side of 25A but don't miss it. Varied menu of traditional Italian fare. We had the plum tomato sauce and the meat sauce and both were delicious. Amazing service from Haley and Tartufo for dessert make this place a real find. Bella Gusto was excellent and I'm glad the new owners are continuing in this vein.

Yummy pizza, awesome sauce, no agita after. Hero's are very good too. Maria the lady at the counter is very sweet and helpful. Tried several different pies, great crust.

2 friends and I went for lunch. For $10.00 I got a salad, basket of rolls (for the table) and eggplant parm. The eggplant was out of this world delicious and it was a very large serving. The owner told us she makes almost everything homemade. My friend had the soup instead of the salad and said it was the best minestrone she ever had. She ordered a bowl to go for dinner. All soups are homemade and made to order. My 2 friends loved their entrees also. What a terrific lunch for $10.00. The next day I went back to get a pie for my family and it was really delicious pizza. I would highly recommend this place. 5 starts

Great food, bad service.

Sat quickly in Dining Room. Got menus right away, Waited 10 minutes for water. Waited another 10 minutes for waiter to arrive after water served. 20 minutes since we sat down, we finally were able and ordered appetizers. Wait staff not available in dining room for 10 minutes after placing appetizer order. Not one server in the room for 10 minutes! ???. Server returned to aplogize for wait and say appetizers would be coming right out, so we added entrees order and more appetizers. Told server to please bring appetizers only first, then entrees. Server returned 15 minutes later with all of our food at once. The food was great, but the servers and kitchen staff need to fix the service issue.

Great Food, Service OK

My wife and I went here for dinner. For appetizers we had Oysters Rockeller and hearts of lettuce. They were totally awesome. Dinner I had linguine and white clam sauce. The pasta was cooked perfect and the clams were plentiful. The sauce was delicious. My wife had chicken cacciatore which she said was perfect and delicious as well. The service was not so great. We waited almost 15 minutes for water and bread which was not good as we were the only customers in the place. If you go on a Monday or Tuesday you buy one entrée and get the second one free as long as you buy any type of drink. We were disappointed because they changed from Sunday through Thursday where you get one entrée free. But the food was excellent. If you are not pressed for time you will enjoy Pazzo.
