We got there around 5:00 on a Wednesday and were seated right away. I am glad we went early because by the time we left there was a wait for tables. My wife ordered the chicken cacciatore which came with a salad and bread. I ordered the personal supreme pizza. Everything tasted delicious! Our waitress was very attentive even though she was extremely busy. They have bottled beer and wine. Menus said full bar but when we asked about it waitress said they did not have full liquor bar. Only issue was that my pizza came out first and wife’s dinner came out about few minutes later. All the portions were large and the pizza could easily feed 2 people. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. If we are in the area again we would definitely eat here again.

Another trip to Potsdam, another trip to Sergi’s. Can’t go wrong here, have never had a bad meal. Owners always on site, server’s are great. Very convenient to both colleges in Potsdam, and another Sergi’s down the road just 10 miles in Canton. Stop at Sergi’s you won’t regret it!

Sergi's hosted our family after our Uncle's funeral. The service was so genuine and friendly. The food was delicious and abundant! Thanks to the team for taking care of us all after a difficult morning.

On a recent February frigid night we blew into the Hampton and the staff recommended Sergi's. We drove down and got a pizza and wings to take back to our room. The pizza was a good pie if you prefer a heavily red sauced pizza. Good crust, cheese and flavor! The wings were packaged all stacked up in a TINY styrofoam container the size you would expect a slice of pie to go into. Maybe partly they got extra "steamed" in this tiny container because the temps were legitimately below 10 below zero outside! BUT the wings really disappointed. Kind of rubbery and just didn't taste fresh and good. We'd probably try the place again but just pass on the wings next time!

my boy friend and i just decided to go away for the night..So we headed to Potsdam, NY.we had already made a reservation at the Hampton Inn on Market street. After settling in and relaxing at the hotel . we asked the desk clerk for recommendation s for dinner.She suggested Sergi's for Italian food. A nice family ambience.. charming decor.. We had visited Italy last fall .. The menu was nice .. we ordered a red wine to warm us up as it was quite cold that evening.. I believe it was a Lambrusco.. Very tastey..we then ordered the lasagna.and a salad.. the portions were generous..and the food was hot.. we did not order dessert as we were filled with our dinners ..

So when I ordered over the phone, I was told it would be 20 min. Walked up to their pick up door 25 minutes later and was told they were just about to start the order. 30 minutes later, finally got my crappy, greasy pizza from the teenager that was obviously pissed I interupted her video chat. Not going back

Worst veal Marsala ever. Covered in fatty beef gravy with canned mushrooms. Server apologized and gave me dessert free. Tirmeseu Of course that was frozen in the center.

We ordered red wine. I also ordered two lasagna plates with a salad. We just got back from Italy.The food was just OK. I don't think I would come back.

Always great food and friendly staff, wide variety of food and homemade lasgnia is amazing. Pizzas are always great including the homemade hand tossed dough.

A great Italian family restaurant that is also a pizzeria. We like to eat in and order off their menu. All of the Italian dishes taste great and they never disappoint. Sergi's is a family run business and we love to see the familiar faces that wait on us.

Every time we visit Potsdam we have gone to Sergi's. Excellent fresh pizza lunch or full dinner are delicious.Eggplant parmesan is fantastic and their pasta sauce is great.

I was at Sergi's for a Birthday Party. The room was very nice and roomy. The service was excellent. The food was so good. If you are thinking of a party check out Sergi's.Plenty of parking in the back.

Wonderful, warm inviting atmisphere. Try the Minestrone soup, it is delicious. Sergi's never ever disappoints. Exceptional!!!

Visited Sergi's many times and it never disappoints. Great meal for the price. Service was a bit slow but the waitress was more than attentive and checked on us several times. If you're in Potsdam it's a restaurant that offers good value.
