I can find this shop in TripAdvisor so i went today but the ramen shop doesn't exist. It is a barbecue restaurant with some Chinese words.

We had dinner with the kids here and we ordered ramen, maki and tempura. It was good in taste. We also ordered the tofu and teriyaki rice bowl. It is a good japanese restaurant in Subic. It is beside Court Meridian hotel.
Ramen Sora used to be the best japanese restaurant in the whole of Subic. We loved its ramen and its sushi choices. However, during our last visit, the ramen soup tasted saltier than I remember. Service is still slow but you would understand if the...food is what it used to be. Maybe, they need to check how they prepare their food again. Are they rushing the preparation or scrimping on quality of ingredients to save on cost???More
Eating in this restaurant gives you the ambiance of being in a Japanese resto! Ramen is average but the kids love it. They also serve rice bowls for those not fond of ramen. Food is good in general. Two thumbs up!
Should a salt-based ramen (shio) necessarily be too salty because that was what we had when we ordered it? Their gyoza had this moldy aftertaste. My son enjoyed the shrimp tempura though.
We had 2 kinds of ramen and a maki dish. We were not disappointed with both presentation and taste. Service was a bit unfocused despite us being the only guests at that time. Nevertheless we left the resto satisfied.
at first we were wondering why it took a bit longer.. but when we tasted the food we knew why! the food was sssooo good! we tried a few ramen places in Subic, but this was the nbest!
Finally tried this few months ago because, honestly, my family and I are regulars of other famous Japanese restaurant in Subic Bay. Boy, I was not disappointed with Ramen Sora so kept on coming back afterwards. The ramen portion were huge. They are popular. The...food choices were reasonable and the price was way cheaper than usual. Taste was competitive with other Japanese restaurants too. Good try!More
Really good sushi in particular, also sashimi, ramen, tempura etc. Dined twice, on both occasions well up to standard. Good service and great value. Food as good as you would get in Manila. Highly recommended.
It's our second time to dine in Ramen Sora. Decided to try the shio (salt) ramen this time, after having tried the miso and shoyu (soy sauce) ramens previously. I think we like the shoyu better, though. The soup broth is light and refreshing. Overall,...Sora's ramen was still tops. Firm noodles, soft chashu slices, really tasty broth, soft boiled eggs. Perfect. This shop can really give the more popular ramen shops some honest to goodness competition. Sora is one of our target destinations whenever we are in the area. Lastly, diners are allowed to cross order from the 2 other restos beside it - Binchotan and Aresi. That is a delightful convenience. So on our last trip, we had an odd combination of ramen and Aresi special pizza. Great combination ! Till the next Subic trip.More
The good: The pork belly yakiniku was really good. Ramen was ok. We still prefer ukkokei and shinjuku. The bad: The bathroom was dirty. With tissues all over the floor. They didn't bother to serve us plates when the pork skewers arrived. The ugly: The...service was terrible. They don't have table napkins. The tables weren't clean. Worst of all, they forgot my wife's order of shoyu ramen and maki appetizer. When we asked why it was taking so long they wouldn't even admit they forgot our order. The restaurant wasn't full and we placed our order before the other tables. When we cancelled my wife's order the manager didn't even apologize. For a place that boasts of making sure the water's ph level is up to par for making the perfect ramen, they sure don't give a s#%t! about their customers. Sayonara Sora!More
I came here to eat because of a crazy love affair with ramen. And there was an interesting story on their premises about the history of sora that enticed me and my brother to eat here. So I ordered the Ramen but was a little...disappointed with it. The beef seemed lacking in taste, but the serving was big so it's okay if you're really hungry. We also ordered a crunchy rice roll of some sort (looks like a maki fusion) which was delicious. On another day, we also tried the Gyoza which was also delicious. So 2 out of 3 isn't so bad, but if you're a restaurant with ramen in your name, then I think the ramen should be awesome.More
It has been many months but I still recall getting ill from my only visit. I was disappointed enough not to reurn
I really love their crab and mango maki, and their ramen is also yummy. The place is a little smoky though because of their yakitori. The place and the food is good overall.
The food here was delicious. But the waitress failed to tell us that the japanese fried rice was good for 2-3 persons so a lot of the rice was wasted. The service was good and the food was promptly served. The Shio Miso ramen was...too salty. We enjoyed the ebi tempura ( it included fried onion rings) and their crispy salmon maki, volcano maki.More
