The Tokwa't Baboy was so good, the Sisig was flavorful, the Tocino BBQ was great and the Paco complemented all the dishes we ordered. I went back the next day and bought these items again and brought it back to manila for our food for the week. Cant wait to go back.

We've tried their tokwa't baboy (Fried tofu w/pork), sizzling pork sisig, deep fried pork intestines all which are best served with rice and a soft drink, all are delicious. They even sell many food products for pasalubong. Most importantly, they adhere with the health protocols for Covid-19 so you will feel safe even if you dine-in

The place is quite nice and homey. If you're not from Pampanga, you may have to use Waze to locate it since it's not by the main road. We tried the chicharon bulaklak for starters and it's really crunchy inside and outside. Not like the usual that you get from the other restaurants where it's only crunchy on the outside. The sisig is also different from the usual. It's crispy and tasty. The sisig goes well with either the pako salad or the pinakbet. We'll definitely come back for more.

Everything was just GREAT! The Tokwat Baboy was cooked perfectly, it IS the best one in the Philippines I loved the Bulaklak you can tell that it’s clean. Price is on the lower point, especially if you’re used to the prices in Manila. Definitely worth a try

First time visiting this restaurant. It's been on my "to visit" list whenever I have a chance to be in Angeles city. The place was as expected. Prices are reasonable and the famous tokwa't baboy, sisig and chicharon bulaklak were delicious. Definitely will visit again in the future.

Visited their original branch in San Andres street. This time we tried the one near Nepo Mall. Nice ambiance both airconditioned and open air. Ideal for large groups which can accommodate more vehicle parking. Must try also the dinuguan and crispy ulp.

Their staff were very nice except for the cashier (an old man). They forgot to give an item from my order so I had to go back. He looked very pissed and DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE. He just gave me the sisig and went away - VERY RUDE. Food: Chicharon Bulaklak was undercooked and only a few pieces. Not worth it. Sisig was OK Tokwat Baboy was good Pansit Bihon had a lot of veggies but no meat. Taste was bland. Overall: food was not worth the price.

Place is easy to find. Parking is a bit of a challenge. Restaurant is clean and organized. Staff were helpful and attentive. Recommended a great selection. Food was delicious, serving is matched to its price. Overall great experience. Will be back!

Wonderful home cooked Filipino dishes. One stop place to order the foods you loved and missed. The Paco salad is one of a kind!

The design is very modest. You can easily miss it if you're not specifically looking for it. The modesty fits the home-cooked meals they serve. The food are generously served and the prices are reasonable.

Went there for a quick take out of their famous sisig and yes it did not dissapoint me. Its chruncy, not too spicy and has a kick of calamansi taste. I will definitely go back here.

Unique tokwa't baboy taste and crunchiness. Sizzling sisig should be included in your order. Not a typical fine dining restaurant but always busy.

It is perhaps the Best Sisig on the Planet. Service was kind slow with so many customers, but the food quality more than made up for it. Sizzling Sisig is a must try. The Paco Salad is also superb. The Barbecued Tocino is quite flavorful and good when you're drinking Beer. Mila's have a good selection of local beers. Aling Mila is kind and generous and gamely posed for photos when asked. I already brought several friends including foreigners and 3 Ex Girlfriends over the past few years. They all loved it The foreigners said it was the Best Filipino Food they've ever had. Keep up the good work Aling Mila. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

It's about an hour-and-a-half from Metro Manila on a good day. We chose to go there on a Saturday so there'll be less traffic. But it had a "CLOSED" sign when we got there, though they were open for take-out orders. A little gentle pleading from us and many other would-be diners convinced the person in charge to finally accommodate us all. Yipee! Naturally, we ordered their house specialties: TOKWA'T BABOY (a disappointment since the fried tokwa - or tofu - was probably overcooked and was too hard to chew), CHICHARON BULAKLAK (perfect!), SISIG (so good!), DINUGUAN (just the exact flavors) and BARBECUE (winner!). So worth the long trip! Mind you, we were told that the restaurant is usually full. So go early.
