I tried several TGI Fridays branch already but this is the least on my list. Waiters are not attentive. Food and drinks are just okay.

February 2, 2023 3 p.m. Took my wife and her sister after our lunch at a korean restaurant for some drinks. Place was empty. Ordered watermelon majito, original majito and long island ice tea for myself. It took 15 minutes for our first round of...drinks. We can see the bartender eating something behind the bar. Our appetizers....calamari, buffalo bites, seafood platter arivved very quickly. But all were served cold. Calamari was little under cooked. I pre ordered another long island half way before I finished but the bartender was sitting on his LABUT on his phone. I called the waitress and asked her why the drinks taking so long. She smiled and apologizeD and did nothing. I asked for the manager. He came over and I expressed my dissatisfaction with the food and especially the service. He apologized and just walked away. Not saying a word to the bartender. Wow....I payed my bill...left no tip and we walked out. Will never attend TGIF MARQUEE MALL ANGELES CITY EVER AGAIN.More

I got good review from friends about their sumptuous menu. However, when we got there, we encountered the impolite female crew who seems unhappy with her job. Probably because they are too tired because of too much number of guests and they are only two....The guy who's wearing a different uniform (i assume he is the manager) helps in getting orders, serving orders, and cleaning up tables. Unfortunantely, he left us WHILE we were giving our orders just to get a bill from the other table. They also seem unpatient with our questions. You can have burger for Php 850 and up. Pastas are EXPENSIVE. Not good for groups. We left the restaurant immediately and looked for another one in the mall.More

Base on my experience you would think that all T.G.I Friday outlet would have the same taste of food the way they cook. This place could be better the food was average and service was dull its not even busy or maybe that time the...staff don't give a damn about servicing the customers. Your in the hospitality industry so pay attention. But thank you 😊More

They no longer serve some of the items on the menu. An example is the Fish & Chips which I have ordered there for five years. Yesterday I was served a filet slap of a fish on top of french fries, instead of Item Fish...and Chips which they listed as golden fried white fish strips served with crispy seasoned fries . I will no longer eat there if they cannot serve REAL FISH and CHIPS. https://www.tripadvisor.com.ph/ShowUserReviews-g469410-d4271865-r191008840-T_G_I_FRIDAY_S_Marquee_Mall-Angeles_City_Pampanga_Province_Central_Luzon_Region_.html#More

The first time we ate here a few years ago, they served my boyfriend baby back ribs WITH THE CLEAR PLASTIC PACKAGING still on it. They cooked it with the plastic and it blended well with the ribs so my boyfriend almost didn't notice until...he sliced through the meat. Luckily, my mother didn't pursue her complaint against the establishment. The supervisor just apologized but I don't recall them trying to make up for that blunder. Needless to stay, we didn't eat there again.More

7 years of buying bistro cards and visiting tgi fridays around the country. Tgi Marquee mall is consistently the WORST service in the country for tgi fridays restaurant. Really poorly run. No one greeted us at the door, we found out own tables. A lady...who looks to be the supervisor, was walking around cleaning and preparing tables, all the time avoiding eye contact when we were in need or at least ordering drinks, if not being welcomed to the restaurant. Finally we got her attention, i was looking at cocktails and asking questions, only later seeing the cocktail promo on the windows, which she made NO mention of at all. Drinks came then my wife ordered her food and the waitress walked away , before asking for my order. Food arrived and we had to ask for plates and cutlery to actually eat it. Then my mash had hairs in it. Shrimp and chicken came out without dipping sauce. All this when there was only one other table of customers in the store. Visit time 2pm Monday. Food was ok but service wise this is far and away the worst tgi in the philippines and ive been to 6 or 7 (or more) different tgis around ph. Might just go Italiannis next time and not bother renewing the bistro card anymore.More

We were a large group celebrating my son's birthday. We wanted a change of food and atmosphere so we decided on Fridays to remind us of home. The food and the prices were like home too. A ribeye is PHP2700. We spent a good PHP20000...that night. They have an extensive menu. The food was good but I can't say it was exceptional. The staff sang to my son and he had his complimentary dessert. The kids were happy so my wife and I were happy. Overall, it was fun but expect to pay a lot at Fridays even in the Philippines.More

Been going to various tgi fridays around the Philippines, for year. Including previous visits to tgi marquee mall. Its a given that meals and alcohol are more expensive than "local" food chains and that is something you accept upon visiting. Service- poor. Upon being seated...we had to flag a waitress to order as no one even asked if we wanted to start with drinks/ appetizers. Then, we 0rdered salad, pasta, crunchy chicken lunch menu and fries for our kid. Waitress asked "should i bring it all out together?". My response "please bring the drinks, salad and fries for the kid ". 10 mins later no drinks so we had to follow up. Another 5 mins later the salad arrives alone. Waited another 10 mins (trying to be patient) my pasta arrives alone. Still no fries for the kid or the other meal. Then called the manager to ask where are fries and chicken meal? Sorry sir really sir ill check with the kitchen? Ahm too late for checking. Generally the food is good and today was no exception. Real shame the service, processes and lack of organization are bad Really disappointed in tgi fridays marquee mallMore

If your looking for a American Style, taste, and size burger this is the place to go. Very close to the product served in America. Overall good quality for those who like the American chain. Two things different here, first prices are as much or...equal to US pricing and the meal sizes are smaller (Not Burgers). The good news is the burgers are full size. They do add a 10% service fee.More
