Took some of our staff (about 12) here back in November. What prompted me to write just now, as we went to an alternative venue yesterday and I wished I hadn't! Lets start with the location. It's central, though probably has a little bit of an identity crisis being tucked away in a corner below a popular appliance store. One of the benefits of this, as it was for us, is that in the mid afternoon it was quiet. It is tastefully decorated and the lighting is great. I also has it's own bathrooms, which is not always the case in a mall type environment. We mostly ordered food platters which were produced in a timely way and everybody enjoyed the food. The beers were reasonably priced. We actually had a good time there. The staff were helpful and reasonably attentive. Will take the stfaf back there again...

Great Place for a Friday Night!

Crowd was not that big which was a big OK for us. What made the stay memorable was our attendant Arvi who went all in and suggested what to eat. He definitely knows what he’s talking about. Food serving size was also huge! This is really a good place for eating with family and friends!

Excellent Experience in Cactus Jack

We ordered some kind of food, they all were very delicious. Really yummy. All the staffs were really helpfull. They made "our foods with special treatments", since we are muslim, they respected our religion much by serving our food become "halal". Special thank to Mr. Arvi, for his best efforts to give very excellent services.

Nothing special to brag about I got steak and ribs and they were Ok.. ordered the steak Medium and got it nearly well done... Ribs were dry Perhaps I should I have tried the pulled pork to have a better experience The service is excellent but overall is very pricey... definitely a safe bet for foreigners looking for a chain resto similar to Chili's

Great service, food and ambience

We stayed in Best Western Plus Clark & decided to dine in one of their restaurants (Cactus Jack). Loved the ambience of the place, Sir Jerome our server is very friendly and always makes sure that we are accommodated well. The food is good especially the Baby Back ribs, the paella is good too though I am expecting more from it. Overall we are very satisfied with our experience and we will definitely bring our family here next time ☺️

Great customer experience!

My husband and I went to Cactus Jack this July 11 at around dinner time to eat dinner and get some drinks. We were served by Arvi and Jerome. From order taking to getting billed, they have provided an excellent service! They were both very friendly and so attentive to our needs! Arvi suggested some food to order since it is our first time and the baby back ribs and quesedilla were superb!! We liked it!! We are definitely coming back because of this great experience!

Arvi was very welcoming and pleasant from the moment we enter the restaurant till we finished dining. He made sure we had everything we needed and was well served. Great customer service. All in all it was an awesome experience. 10/10

Great Restaurant with Great Sevice!

This is a great spot to eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I have been to each one. All the servers are nice and veey accomodating (shoutout to Sir Jerome)! The food is, as usual, great! You can also order from next door restaurant, Namari, which is nice because you get to have options. Lots of options. You will never go unsatisfied from these restaurants.

We ordered carbonara, burger and tacos. Everything we ordered was good. Ambiance is excellent just like Fridays or TGIF vibes (except for the Filipino songs playing on the background LOL). They served free peanuts too while waiting. Arvi was was so accommodating. Kudos to all the servers and staff. :)

The service is exemplary. Mr. Arvi our waiter was the most accommodating service crew I've ever met. Thank you so much for making my birthday special. All the crews are very accomodating. The food is great, but the customer service is excellent.

Amazing Dinner!

Cactus Jack was a great first experience! The service was great and the food was even better. The restaurant environment was really friendly and really comfortable to eat in. Thank you to our server, Chad Arvi, for being an amazing restaurant host. We really appreciate Cactus Jack’s hospitality! Overall rating: 10/10!
