It's a very good Panera, but they need to do something about the parking lot

As far as being a Panera Bread, this is a very good location, exactly what you should expect from Panera Bread. However, in the age of the covid pandemic, they need to really have a conversation with their neighbor Chick-Fil-A who has basically taken over the parking lot with their drive-thru. Panera should be allowed to have "Reserved for Panera Bread" parking or something so the customers do get stuck in CFA drive thru line. This isn't really a Panera Bread issue as much as the Teterboro landing, but it certainly has an affect on Panera Bread's business when parking is a challenge.

Always have my turkey avacado BLT when I come here. Love it! Because it was my birthday, I got a pecan braid pastry which was fabulous!

A group of us went to Panera for lunch. We all ordered soup and a sandwich. After ordering we waited for our food and noticed a filthy kitchen area. This was the open area in public view. I can only imagine what the back kitchen looked like. There were people walking around and over the trash on the floor like they were used to it. It wasn't too busy there either. Some were standing and talking with their hands on their hips. The overflowing garbage and the garbage on the floor was a definite turn off!

Worst Panera so far

Short line to order, not busy, but my cashier was, I guess, very busy. No eye contact, no smile, almost like I was annoying her. When I pay the keypad asks me for a tip. Why? I fon’t know what kind of service I will get, and there is no service anyway. After 25 min, and my complain, they brought my food. Not an apolology or an explanation. And still not even a smile. I hope they get a new manager.

Mistakes and Terrible Customer Service

I've visited this Panera Bread specifically multiple times. On many occasions they have made mistakes on my order. Typically, it is something small and easy to fix so no big deal. This specific occasion they gave me the completely wrong sandwich. I made it home when I realized this and attempted to call the store and there is no answer and no voice mail to leave a message. I attempted to call a few times before finally driving to the store. I asked for the manager because I wanted to ensure they were aware that this issue, or a similar issue, happens quite often from my experience. He immediately tells me to go inside and talk to him and walks away from me. He then comes back after I did not leave the drive-through window and asks "what's the problem?" After I explained that I am not showered/dressed appropriately to go inside, he then repeats "so what's the issue then?" with a little attitude. I overlooked this at first. I explained, again, that my order was messed up and I want the correct sandwich. He then says "well do you have a receipt?" I told him no, I was never provided one. He responded "well you should have asked for a receipt." When did it become the customer's responsibility to ask for a receipt? It should be offered, and then it is for me to decline if I do not want it. During this experience, it was never even offered to me. I then told him I wanted a refund. He asked what exactly my order was, so I told him for the third time. He asked for my card, I gave it to him. As he is processing the refund, I ask why this is a continuous mistake this store makes. He closed the window on me. When he finished processing the refund, he threw my card and receipt at me and closed the window. He and the employee refused to give me his name, so I reported this to corporate. Please know that the regional director did reach out to me to rectify this situation for me, which is extremely appreciated. I love Panera Bread, I just think this location needs some help. I believe people should be aware of this and hope nobody else goes through this experience here.

Friends & I like to go to Panera Bread every so often & it was not the most convenient choice for a long time, since the nearest one was some miles away. This one is less than a year old & much more conveniently located with the same high quality & service as other Paneras.

Very good food, terrible staff

My husband and I went with our three kids and as usual order many plates to share. The Panera Bread food is delicious, their soup is beyond standards, their salads and sandwiches are terrific. Their chocolate, oh my God, super yummy. We love it very much. But the staff in the front taking orders was beyond rude (maybe it had to do that it was December 24th and they wanted to go home), very unhelpful. Just one girl from the preparing staff (I am not sure it is called that way) was very nice and helpful. Never visiting this particular Panera Bread again!
