Food was average, wait staff was terrible. Waiter had to be reminded to bring water to the table. Was charged $2 for a side salad that was in place of pasta and was never told.

Party of 6 on a Tuesday night. Service was great. Food and drinking were excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Family friendly. Outside seating. Nice bar area.
I have ordered pizza a few times from here prob at least 5 years ago but forgot the reason we stopped going. So tonight ordered a regular large pie to go which came to about 17 bucks with tax. Now I remember why we stopped...ordering from here . The pizza litteraly weighs nothing. My wife commented when she was carrying the box into the house. Ever go to smashburger? Well the is the smashburger of pizza joints. Half the cheese, dough and even less than half the sauce of a traditional pizza yet charging full price. I actually liked the taste of the pizza and the crust was very good but I won't be ordering pizza here again. Cannot recommend.More
Party of 8 on a Thursday night, made reservations. Server was friendly, helpful, and, efficient. Appetizers, drinks, entres, and dessert all great. Family friendly. Plenty of parking.
We've been eating here ever since they opened, years ago, and have always had great meals. Whether it be specials (the Grana Padonna is a VERY special treat) or anything off the regular menu, it's always great. During the Covid-19 self-confinement, I was so missing...their food when I remembered, THEY DELIVER! We ordered our usual, shrimp cocktail, Spadini, veal parm and chicken francese. It arrived very fast, was all hot and soooo good. What a great treat during these "ify" times! Can't say enough about the service, quality and overall experience. We're dedicated customers!More
Yes, my pizza's crust was burnt and hard....the pizza flavor was good, but please get the crust cooked right! The service was great, the atmosphere was wonderful, the foccacia bread with olive oil was yummy.....But please don't burn my pizza crust!!!
Party of 8 Monday night. Service was great. Food and drinks were good. Good atmosphere. Family friendly.
Not good for us at all. We had a less than enthused server and the pizza was so very bland and flavorless. Hardly any sauce and cheese on the pies. Another (much nicer) server told us the chef just up and left in the middle...of the dinner push so I'm thinking this place just has issues in general. Based on our pizza, the service and the amount of $ it cost I could not recommend this place.More
Place is nice. Ordered brick oven pizza with extra cheese. When received pizza, I asked where's the cheese? Waiter said it's on there. I said I know. I ordered extra cheese. He said that was it. I said that's disappointing. I thought that was regular....Hardly extra. He offered to add more. I thought it would be a waste of time since I asked for it the first time and it's brick oven. Supermarket pizza was better. Beer was good. Waiter took a while to check on us to see if we needed anything else or re-up on our drinks. Haven't gone back.More
I ordered chicken wings & a hot portable mushroom apps....unfortunately both were served ice cold. The pizza was outstanding however and the manager was kind enough to buy us a round of drinks.
I’m here now at a christening and this is the worse experience of my life. The service is so poor here an hour before they gave us bread. The food is terrible dry and flavorless. Don’t waist ur time!
I am staying at the Ramada inn across the street from this restaurant. The restaurant is right behind Garden State Plaza. I first went to the restaurant attached to the hotel, and it was awful as it was very very loud and not a place...where you could really sit down and have dinner if you were by yourself or even with the group. So I went across the street out of desperation and was completEly Surprised. The place was decorated very nice inside and the host was very friendly. I sat at the bar and was presented with an excellent menu. They had bar food, salads, Pizza and seafood. The person sitting next to me had lobster with pasta and said it was phenomenal. I ordered a filet mignon on over spinach and baby potatoes. It was cooked to perfection and had a lot of garlic which is what I like. All the dishes that I saw come out looked great. I am from the north jersey area and recently moved, however this would be a place that I would have gone to with friends if I had known about it. I would also recommend it to business travelersMore
We use to go to this place many years ago under a different name. So while visiting in town we thought we would stop by and have lunch. It is by far the worst pizza and meatball sub we have ever had. I don't know...how they got so many decent reviews previously! The service as well was poor. Big mistake on my part for stopping. Live and learn.More
We wanted a casual and quick dinner, so on the recommendation of a friend, we decided to try the Woodstone Pizza Bar and Grill in Rochelle Park. The restaurant, while large inside, is charming, inviting and warm with lots of wood and high beamed ceilings....The food however is hit or miss. Our server brought a basket of bread and some dipping oil to the table. My biggest pet peeve in an Italian restaurant in Bergen County, New Jersey is soft, mushy, pale Italian bread, there is just no excuse for it. Well that was what was in our basket along with some tasty focaccia. The dipping oil on the other hand, was excellent, we went through two bowls of it. My daughter had a pizza which was thin crust and very good. My husband had the hanger steak with french fries and I had the same hanger steak on top of the Caesar salad. The hanger steak was very good though was more rare than the medium I ordered. The Caesar salad was an abomination, lettuce way past its prime, flavorless dressing and what should have been Parmesan cheese was some white stuff that obviously came out of a can. I ate the steak and left the rest. Service was fast, efficient and friendly. Even though it bills itself as an Italian American restaurant, I would stay away from anything remotely billed as Italian-American and stick to typical bar food such a steak and pizza and burgers.More
If you are planning on a meal with a group who have varied tastes, Woodstone fits the bill. The pizzas have a thin crackly crust and can be personalized to taste. The burgers are great, and the Italian entrees are quite tasty. Sometimes it gets...noisy when the restaurant is hosting large parties. Make a reservation on weekends!More
