We first came to try their food when this was located elsewhere, I thought their food was unacceptably too salty. It was awful. A few years passed. I was willing to give this place another try at its current location. Their food is and continues...to be excellent. On this visit, we ordered their Sherperd's Pie and shared it we my spouse, which was very flavorful, I would like the crust to be delicately flaky, but this is not the case. It's still very good. We had another person with us that needs a gluten-free meal, ordering a soup of the day, a half order Greek salad and Salmon added on top. He said his there was too much food and all very good.More

Fantastic pasty. Love it when I can find a good pasty, I get a bit nostalgic remembering those long trips to the UP. Now these pasties take it up a notch with a wide variety of options from Bangers and Mash to Chicken Curry to...Guinness Stew. Good selection of craft beer as well.More

I was heading out of Vegas and wanted to grab a to-go lunch and the cornish pasties seemed liked the best idea. I had never been here and had no idea how big or small so ordered a bunch to sample - all from the...vegetarian menu. There were some listed online that the restaurant did not have, so out of the ones they did have i ordered the cheese + onion, the original, the peanut butter and jelly, the broccoli and cauliflower cheese bake and the bread. first, the portions are HUGE so one generally feeds a person for lunch & dinner. second, the flavor is good with lots of veggies and fillings, but the potatoes need to be cooked more. the accompanying homemade hop sauce was fantastic, the bread portion was huge and the peanut butter and jelly was good (much better warm and this was the only one that did not hold up, taste wise, the second day) overall, great cornish pastry with huge portions and good flavorMore

This food is absolutely amazing, and the entire staff is always so friendly and quick to service! I used to live close to the restaurant so I would eat here at least twice a week... Now that I live so far, I make it a...point to drive clear across town once or twice a month to get my Pasty fix!More

We have eaten here a few times, and ordered take out as well. Although a bit pricey, most pasties are $13 to $17 each and served with no sides, they are delicious and filling. Great to place one’s order then relax and have a drink...at the bar (opposite side of restaurant) . They will bring your “to go” order around to you. Good selection of craft beers on tap. Great atmosphere.More

Unbelievable! If you love comfort food get here and eat. Such a great and bustling neighborhood. The staff are helpful and kind. We enjoyed the Oggie and house chips! Can’t go wrong. The drinks are on point. See Zilla, aka Todd, at the bar. This...is a great experience. Do not miss Las Vegas by staying on the strip. Get out and explore. Enjoy this nice food and beverage experience!More

I have never had a pasty before but my cousins have been to the restaurant several times and since we had gone to the theater tonight they suggested this restaurant. I loved how the seating was actually pews. It has a nice bar area and...all the food is made fresh. I had a traditional pasty called the Oggie. Very delicious. I would definitely come back to try more options.More

First of all what a phenomenal space. Very inviting, a place you want to go hang out with friends; for any reason. Service was phenomenal. Britney was my Bartender & she recommended so many delicious things that tasted spectacular. Being Vegan, the choices were abundant...& she helped narrow it down to two dishes. Her smile made me feel welcome & I even watched how she balanced handling all the guests at the same time. Everyone seemed to enjoy her suggestions, advice, & appreciation for her job. The food was AMAZING! I thought for sure that it wouldn’t be enough & it was in fact more than enough. See the photos attached. It was the classic pasty & sweet potatoes with a side of tasty sauce. All in all I would definitely go back, hopefully sooner then later. Thanks Cornish Team! Keep up the good work.More

We very rarely return to a restaurant when traveling, but we couldn't resist returning to Cornish. We had the same excellent server Shanon on both visits and he was quite accomodating (he even remembered us when we returned over 2 weeks later). We tried the...pastys each time: so we had Shepard's pie, chicken pot pie, reuben and cajun chicken. All excellent and very filling, my husband who rarely has a 'too go box,' took one both times. Also, great reheated. Good selection of wine and lots of variety of beer on tap.More

What a great place! The idea (in case you’re not a Brit) is a food filled bread. Not far from a Calzone or Samosa, but with crispy crust like bread. The choices are immense. We had a Chicken Tikka Masala version and the Greek. Both...were tasty, big and filling. Cocktails (and bartender OG from Maui) were awesome too. Open one in PDX and we’ll be there all the time. Will be back.More
