Good food choices and variety of selections, but need to wait in long line for 30-45 mins. Good for friend's gathering and nice environment and atmosphere to dine in.

We booked on their website for 2 separate transaction party of 8 total, their page allows 6. We spoke to them about seating is all together and when it came down to it we were still separated. Aside from that the (service) was a 3/5,...waited to get drinks taken down and no one ever showed up, after getting out plates and coming back after a couple more mins someone comes to get our drinks in. Drinks come and no straws , I ask a server for a straw , he says ok and takes off never to be seen again. ((FOOD)) 3.2/5 food was cold no matter which section you went to also no tasty flavors in any of the dishes. Out of all the food there I somewhat enjoyed only 1-2 and I can’t even recall what they were. Ice cream was the most enjoyable there. Skip the churros hard as a brick. Try this Buffet out if you want, but I’d say this is an EASY PASS. Head over to wicked spoon you’ll be Pleased especially for what you pay for.More

Never again! Crappy service - The buffet was $65/person and required reservations online (or so I thought). So I booked for our family online and even prepaid. We got there and was told to stand in line even though we had reservations and there was...no walk-ins so everyone in line had reservations. Then we saw people just walk in without reservations and got seated. We asked multiple times and got some lip service even when pointing out the walk-ins. Obviously I can't cancel since I already prepaid. It took over 1 hour after our reserved time to get in. Definitely seemed like they overbooked just to get people in, which is ridiculous forcing you to book online and prepay and have to deal with more waiting. I can understanding 15 min but over 1 hour is just stupid. Expensive for subpar food - the selection was ok but the food was definitely not worth the $65/person. Prime rib was dry...all the meats were, salty foods, took forever to get drinks, and kept running out of food. You get food that's equivalent of a $20 buffet somewhere. For this price, add the extra $5 and go to Bacchanal. COVID unsafe - we're trying to live in a pandemic and were told to wear masks when walking around the buffet but ok when we're at table eating. I saw so many people walking around without masks and NO ONE on staff corrected it, even when they're passing by the staff or literally standing waiting for food without masks.More

We made reservations for 5 for Monday brunch at noon. We did have to get in a long line waiting to get in. So arrive early for your reservation. Eventually those with reservations were taken out of line into the dining areas. Between the delightful...ambiance, wide selection of foods at perfect temperatures, attentive drink servers/staff and the overall clean friendly atmosphere I would recommend The Buffet at Wynn as my first pick of buffets in Las Vegas.More

On 8/29, with high hope, we came to the Buffet at Wynn for dinner, but came away with frustration and disappointment. 1. had to wait for more than 30 minutes in a queue even though we arrived 10-min before the time we booked 2. after...we were seated, we noticed there were quite a few available tables which meant more guests could have been allowed to be seated, thus shortening the queuing time. 3. since this is a buffet, we finished one plate, then went for another plate, but the waiter did not promptly come to collect the finished plates, and soon the finished plates piled up and up on our table, and no room for us to eat. 4. we had to talk to at least three supervisor-like staffers and showed them the piled up plates, they all said "wait a second" then walked away without doing anything ... well, it took more than 15 minutes before the waiter finally came to collect the plates, he did apologize, but our mood for this $70/person dinner was already ruined.... we were forced to eat with a piled-up plates on our table. 4. and the quality of the food was the second huge disappointment, nothing special at all to warrant the price of $70/person. It was the worst dining experience ever we had, particularly at this price level. The whole experience felt like a rip-off.More

I am trying to compare this expensive buffet to the Caesar Palace's Bacchanal buffet. Wynne Bacchanal Price $70 $75 Prime rib Good Good Snow Crab Small Small Chinese station Excellent Below average Desert station OK Excellent Seafood OK OK (No scallops now) If you are...going to spend $70-$75 for a buffet, go to the Bacchanal Buffet because: 1) There are more food choices from different international station 2) The Chinese food is much much much better at the Bacchanal. They have roast pork, Roast duck and other authenic Chinese Cantonese food. No comparision 3) Bacchanal buffet has much better Desert station. I would not go back to either one, especially the Wynn Buffet because they are just overpriced for what they offer. It is only $5 less than the Bacchanal buffet. Additional note: They used to serve scallop on the shell at the Bacchanal buffet, No more. The Wagyu beef at the Bacchanal is nothing that special. The beet is from the leg of the cow. It is just OK, tough and dry. I had Wagyu rib eye steak from Snake River Ranch in Texas. It is excellent. They sell them now at Frys and some Smith Grocery stors around the country. For a family of 4, spend your $300 at Costco. Get Scallops , large Shrimp, Sea Bass ($18/lb), Lamb Chops ($8.99/lb), USDA Ribeye steak ($11/lb).... and cook them at home.More

Visited 8/29/2021, had a 12:30 pre paid booking guaranteed seating with a max 20 min seating window. Upon checking in hostess confirmed 20 min window to be sat, instead we waited for 60 mins in line!! We had guaranteed, pre paid seats we bought ahead...and still stood 60 min in line. As Platinum Wynn members we expect more from managment, the terms of conditions for the buffet purchase specifically state a siting time, yet this was broken and no one came over to apologize or recognize our obvious displeasure. Food quality for lunch was hit and miss, shocked to hear no fresh crab legs even though we paid over $100+ to visit. Truly disappointed, I hope management reads these forums as I have proof of purchase, my receipt and visiting conditions all recorded for a follow up.More

So I'd heard amazing things about this buffet, for years, finally the stars aligned and I was here. Sadly, so too was Sandy. I think that was her name. An Asian hostess who clearly had an issue with white women, and interracial marriages. Firsrly, YES,...we had a booking, but, we did arrive in two separate parties... first a g Aroup of three, then myself (Caucasian) and my husband (latin). With seconds of my sitting down, our hostesses told ME, and me only, that there were too many people at the table and I had to leave. She was so aggressive my female companion stepped into questioj her demeanor. In shock, I asked why the hostess was talking to me and me only. Was it because I was white, and I was with a Latin man, and she, as a woman of colour, has an issue with that? Yeah, it escalated quickly due to Sandy singling me out, the only white woman at the table. By the way, she wanted me, and only me, to leave the table. My Latin husband could stay, even though we arrived together. So, we asked of course, for the manager. Long story short, we got to stay. Short story, the Wynn, I expected better. To be accosted within 60 seconds of sitting down, with a booking? Like, seriously. What the? Five stars? No man, thumbs down, and give your staff racial training. Poor form, and VERY racist. Yep, it was... at my table was two Hispanics, one asian, and the only, ONLY person the hostess targeted was the only white woman at the table.. .But he, was not asked to leave, just me. Quite frankly the Wynn, not only did I expect more, but I never expected this.More

we've been as a loyal customer's for encore & wynn, we stayed and enjoyed some fancy restaurants there but the buffet. In a couple's days ago we had a reservation at 1:30pm, we paid in advance however we should go into the long queuing and...get the table pretty late than we expected. The food stool not giving you too much variations, the stew veggies was hard, the seafood wasn't fresh (the oyster was horrible) the sushi's was horrible too (it was dried, hard and no flavor) the steak chewy.. the good ones we likes is the services, the Benedicts, and the dessert.. I thought maybe the new management they didn't do very well in the f&b department. Due the price, Don't waist your time and your money, is worthless!!!!More

Gourmet menu is only on the weekend. It cost more than the dinner. It has a few extra menu items that the regular dinner menu doesn’t.
