This restaurant is located in the Arts district, about a mile from the downtown casinos. The area looks sketchy for walking from downtown, but it isn't. It takes about 25 minutes to walk there, or a very short Uber ride. Everything is made in-house, including...the bread, and it shows. The staff are friendly, helpful, and not pushy. We split the salad (fresh greens, garbanzo beans, cheese chunks, salami pieces), I had the cacio e pepe (simple dish like an italian mac/cheese made with pecorina cheese and seasoned with black pepper) and my husband had the spaghetti with 3 of the best meatballs we've had at an italian restaurant. The hit of the night, however, was the chocolate torte for dessert---a yummy creation with about 20 thin layers of cake/chocolate, topped with a chocolate sauce made with kahlua and bing cherries. So good we hated to finish it and still are dreaming about it. This dessert reminded me of the chocolate torte my hungarian grandmother made from scratch. It is large enough to split. The staff were helpful with wine choice, too, and it was perfect, and not very expensive. Can't wait to go back when we visit Vegas again. It's well worth it--and they have patio seating with fans, but the inside atmosphere looked inviting too. We chose outside and found the temperature fine since it's covered and the fans were sufficient. If you don't like it warm, however, you might dine inside. Without a doubt, this is of the best restaurants in Vegas, not just downtown.More

We found this little gem on google...it did not disappoint!!! Beautiful culinary creations that please both the eye and the palate. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the passion the servers exuded when explaining our food and drink selections. We visited twice in our four day...stay! We’ll definitely come back!More

Third visit last night. Esther's is the best restaurant I've been to in Vegas, and I've been to dozens and dozens of high end restaurants on the strip. World class food and drinks, not pretentious, and exceptionally creative.

For years, many people (locals and tourists) have been recommending Esther's Kitchen to us. So I made a point of setting aside some time for dinner there during this visit. I made (indoor) reservations for Wednesday May 5th and the two of us were really...impressed! This place runs like a machine, everyone is very competent and professional and friendly. Our server Gatsby was super knowledgeable about the menu and recommended some great vegetarian appetizers and entrees for us. The restaurant space is nicely decorated and intimate. Overall, a super pleasant experience and we will do our part to highly recommend Esther's Kitchen to friends and family.More

We ate dinner at Esther's last weekend, and it was so wonderful. The food was so good and the pasta was fresh as can be. Wow. Such inventive cocktails and the sourdough bread was awesome. Pick a compliment for the bread and you can't go...wrong. Will be back on our next trip for sure!More

Fabulous luncheon in the new Art District of Las Vegas! Esther’s Kitchen is a remarkable eatery. It boasts a great metro vibe combined with a laid back attitude, very charming. Menu is superb, wine list is extensive, wait staff and kitchen are spectacular! They deserve...a “round” for their extensive talents and their epicurean menu- from their specialty pasta plates to their exotic sandwiches that are truly a gourmet experience. Our dessert liquor flight and delicious budino were perfection! A special ty to Alfio for sharing his superior knowledge of wines as well as his excellent recommendations! Bravo!More

If you can only eat at one restaurant in Las Vegas ever again it should be Esthers Kitchen! This place is amazing. The decor is right on in this hip trendy art district neighborhood. Every person from the hostess to the bus person was kind,...engaging, and wonderful. Now the real reason to go here is the FOOD. We went as a group and shared so that we could try different things. Definitely get the "All the things" bread appetizer. You honestly cant go wrong with anything on the menu. Dessert was also amazing and the Gin cocktails hhhhhmmmm. Dinner was so wonderful we came back the next morning for brunch and dare I say that Brunch was BETTER than dinner. They have your standbys like eggs benedict and country fried steak but they are elevated to a new level with house-made bread and upgraded seasonings like I have never had before. The Nutella toast is a must for a true Nutella fan and the Banana PAncakes were the best pancakes I have ever had, they are about 1/2 inch thick and creamy and fluffy. Can't wait for our next trip!!!More

This restaurant is hip and trendy and has outstanding food! I ordered the Mediterranean Sea Bass and hubby ordered the homemade pasta. We started with the homemade bread and the organic beet and goat cheese salad. Excellent food, cocktails, energy and great 80’s music playing!...We loved our dining experience and this place was very busy at 5:30 pm! Plus it’s off the strip and in the arts district which is a fun area to visit.More

Amazing brunch experience. We ate a lot since we couldn't decide on some many great options. None of them dissapointed. Service was extremely good.
