Okay, this was a really great experience! We called to set a reservation and they were full (on a Friday), but while my husband was on the phone, a slot opened up and we were able to get in. Talk about fancy! Everything from the...outside in was just really tastefully done and oh, my goodness, the food! It was so delicious! We had the lobster risotto (and honestly, I felt like I could just eat that the rest of my life!), and my husband had the onion soup (which he savored just as long as he could!). Then the entrees came out, and his filet mignon was pretty impressive, but my braised short rib - to die for! It sat on top of corn and peaches and whoa! what a tasty mix that is! I loved it! I had a gin drink that had peach flavor in it and that was probably my favorite drink for the whole time I was in Vegas. The waiter knew it was my birthday month and brought out a dessert that was pretty tasty, as well. Yum! I would definitely go back again, but when you go, be prepared for the cost of the ticket! Pretty pricy! But yum, so worth it!More

After years of watching Hell's Kitchen I really expected my meal to be outstanding. Unfortunatly the lobster rissoto had no seasoning at all and the lobster was overcooked. My jadori chicken was good, but not great and the beef wellington was not as good as...the steaks we make on the grill at home. The best part of our meal were the signature cocktails. Definately a big disappointment and not worth the money.More

Sept 1, 6:30 reservation….service was excellent, the restaurant is well done. Somewhat disappointed, scallop appetizer not available, lobster risotto was served at room temperature as well as the beef Wellington

This was my first visit and it was as expected! But the most memorable thing was Sticky Toffee Pudding! If you are not sure if you should order it. YOU SHOULD! The atmosphere, service everything was awesome and I would definitely come again!

Amazing. Amazing food, even better service. Exceeded my relatively high expectations going in. Charles was great and experience was top-notch

Went with my family and friends for brunch. The restaurant was open, light and tastefully decorated, the staff was nice and service was great. The food was good to excellent, depending on the dish, but the presentation was great. My son's desert was brought on...a plate/volcano with dry ice that enduced smoke all over a table, very clever 😊 see pictures for other. I would recommend this place for a different type of dining experience.More

A very pricey and limited menu, food is okay but nowhere near what it should be for the price. Left feeling that I wished we had picked any other place to spend money on food.

I loved going to hell's kitchen! They do a lot for the fans of the show too enjoy the experience. The entrance has pictures of all the winners on the wall as well as a virtual greeting from Gordon! The food was exactly like the...show which was cool! The only couple things I wish were better were that the restaurant looked more like the set (but that's just because I am a huge fan hahah) and that the wine lists were better. You have to try the Sticky toffy it's incredible!More

This was not actually an average experience, but was spoiled a bit by overpricing. I had looked at the website, which said that the lobster risotto and the scallops, both appetizers, were about $16. They were actually each about $28. And teeny-tiny. The place has...a great, lively vibe. I had mixed up our reservation for 4 (the other Gordon Ramsay in the Palace) but the hostess was extremely gracious and seated us within five minutes. Our waiter was cheerful and pleasant, although his interest in us waned a bit as he discovered that we were not going to order $70 entrees. Two of us had gin drinks named after Ramsay; they were fantastic (although they were also $18). The lobster risotto was delicious, although way too tiny for the price point. The risotto was different than any we had ever had, but in a good way. The scallops were nice enough--BUT THEY HAD BEEN CUT IN HALF, OR MAYBE INTO THIRDS, SO WE GOT FIVE HALF SCALLOPS! THIS IS UNCONSCIONABLE. The sticky toffee pudding with dulce de leche ice cream was delicious.More

Yes the shows in Vegas are awesome, but this restaurant lives up to it's reputation and we talk more about this than any show. The staff is perfect and service impeccable, of course if you watched the TV show, you would expect that. The food...- OMG.The beef wellington is the signature dish and for good reason. Amazing. The tomato dish, never knew tomato could taste like that - and the dessert....the best bread pudding I ever had. I had no idea that this is what its supposed to taste like! We were two couples and everyone raved about their food. We were not rushed, we took it all in. I've spent more for a lot less.More

Cleanliness and good food handling standards were not an issue for us. We won't be back to Hell's kitchen, however. Too much hype, disappointed with overall food prep quality. Doesn't even compare to other Gordon Ramsay... More
